The letter that came out was very clear that as long as the PPG are added to the booking prior to sail date the lower rate will apply. Here it is direct from the letter. "If you’d like to pre-pray your gratuities at the current rate before your sailing, we’re happy to extend this opportunity to you. If you’d prefer to pay onboard, your gratuity charge will be applied to your onboard account at the new rate." Next cruise has always been employees. I know the shops are contract. Not sure about casino and photos and look at it as something that has no impact on me

Do an estimate by booking your ride the same day of the week and at the same appx time you would be using it. Other than that there is nothing you can do to predict surge pricing. If you want to play it safe then book a shuttle service or get a one way car rental

As long as you add the gratuities to your booking prior to sail date (assuming 48 hours prior) the will be at the old rate. This can even be done after final payment. No need to rush out and call to have them added now. This applies to any cruise booked prior to Sept 7th

Drinks actually get added at 12:01 am so stay up late and use them up. Also make sure to keep track of this, it is very easy to hit a bar and start drinking and go past midnight and use up your next days vouchers.

You were told incorrect information the first time. Points cannot be transferred. Norobably a new agent thinking of transferring a FCC Royal should have record of all your cruises though and you would get the points that way.

The tradeoff for getting a reduced price on a dining package is having to wait until you board to make reservations. Those paying full price per night get first dibs. Just so you know on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day yhere are a few specialty restaurants that have a special holiday menu and you cannot use your package at those restaurants. Chops, 150CP, Jamie's or Giovannis.

Minors if they are Diamond get 4 non alcohollic drinks. Adults cannot use those minor vouchers for alcohlic drinks
