  1. They don't directly interact with the crew would be a logical explanation.
  2. All I can say is that it was done for the cabin attendants.
  3. The tiramisu martini is a standard drink. We added the shot of fireball and chocolate. Absolute Vanilla vodka Bailys Creme de Caco Fireball Whisky. All alcohol, no fillers no additives. It was a rough morning the next day. Used my 5 drinks plus what was left of Vikki's before midnight then used my 5 drinks for the next day after midnight.
  4. As long as one guest remains from the original booking you can change guests names without charge up until 24 to 48 hours prior to sailing (up until the point the manifest is submitted)
  5. Sadly we just left this morning. Great cruise and wonderful staff. Enjoy!!!
  6. Tiramisu martini with a shot of fireball in a chocolate drizzled Martin glass. Viking Crown lounge bartender had lots of practice one night.
  7. I will miss Sabor. Thankfully I will be on Allure at least a couple more times before she goes to drydock
  8. We have a couple places like that. For his day stays he goes to one that's 5 minutes from where Vikki works and fur our holidays we use anther place that does boarding. Play all day and by bed time the dogs just collapse as they are exhausted. Getting home today after being gone for 2 weeks. I suspect Merlin will sleep for a week.
  9. Hopefully they have better taste than my daughter who bases her wine buying solely on alcohol content and price (if she's paying)
  10. There was a thread years ago that actually showed a printout by cabin and it showed who had prepaid gratuities, who was daily and who had removed. No other financial information and not sure why some think the 2 are related. To me, providing this information to the stewards would be an incemtive for them to ensure that they provided top notch service as many do remove gratuities and tip in cash as opposed to a reason to provide inferior service. 11. An extra sea day in the midfkecwpuld gave been nice. Original itinerary had 3 sea days but when they dropped the overnight in St Petersburg they replaced it with 3 ports and we lost a sea day.
  12. Royals actually simplified it about 4 years ago. They akso used to bas price on deck level as well as forward or aft vs midship. Crazy thing us that there does need to be a divining line between fire znd aft so you get a 2D balcony beside a 4D balcony and the 2D pays a premium. Dividng line is close to the elevator banks.
  13. Thanks. Tbh I haven't paid NY attention as it never applied to us.
  14. You should try doing an 11 night Baltic cruise with 2 sea days and ports you have never been to. Vikki and I definitely need a vacation from our vacation. It was fantastic having the last day as a sea day.
  15. If you are going on a cruise you can select marine entry snd complete the app 3 days prior to boarding. On the ship Royal will request that you provide them with your reference number. You do not have to show it anywhere.
  16. The first cruise is a 4 day trade event on Nov 9th to help work the bugs out.
  17. As long as both are a 1D location woukd not matter. 1D is midship. A 3D is forward or aft.
  18. Depending on your flight time and airline Royal offers luggage valet that you can pay for them to move your bags, otherwise you are responsible.
