darla723 Posted June 24, 2018 #1 Share Posted June 24, 2018 On previous cruises, the menus were posted daily in a public place. This was helpful in determining whether that night might be better spent in a specialty restaurant! Is this still done?

taglovestocruise Posted June 24, 2018 #3 Share Posted June 24, 2018 When we leave the dining room after late seating the following nights menu is posted outside the main doors.
Clarea Posted June 24, 2018 #4 Share Posted June 24, 2018 On most ships, you can see the MDR menu on the wayfinder displays near the stairs/elevators.
cruisemom67 Posted June 24, 2018 #5 Share Posted June 24, 2018 You can also ask your waitstaff. This especially helps if you have anyone with food allergies.
knewcrewzr Posted June 24, 2018 #6 Share Posted June 24, 2018 The main dining room menus appeared the night before on the television in the stateroom. We could see what we wanted to order every evening for the next day.
sharse Posted June 24, 2018 #7 Share Posted June 24, 2018 They're posted on the way finder, but also in the Royal App. You can see each day, even 6 days in advance!
Illini_Fan Posted June 24, 2018 #8 Share Posted June 24, 2018 We figured this out late in the cruise that they were available on the TV. We never found them near any of the MDR restaurants and I dind't see a spot on the app to list them (but I might have missed it). We were on the Anthem. WestTexasBySea Posted June 25, 2018 #10 Share Posted June 25, 2018 On Anthem they were not listed in App but where on stateroom TV and the Wayfinder (although I found about 50 percent of wayfinders calibrations were off so it was hard to actually get to what you wanted). You could also ask to see the next nights in the dining room. Sent from my SM-G950U using Forums mobile app

If you’re in a GS or higher, they’re delivered to your room each day.

pizzalady1 Posted June 25, 2018 #17 Share Posted June 25, 2018 I am new to RC. Where are these public places that have the menus? Also, what are the wayfinders? Will they be on TV on the Majesty? Thanks.

No, they will not be on the TV on Majesty. The wayfinders are large flat screen displays with touch capability. They are located near the elevator/stair lobbies. You can use them for directions, daily schedule, restaurant menus, etc.

I'd prefer that to the very unreliable wayfinders. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

I was referring to the printed menu in a frame. See post 19 Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk
