We just finish our last cruise is past Sunday. While on board we booked a future cruise and were not allowed to put it on our SS card. We did ask if we could.

I was told no problem on my last Nov Cruise...Maybe policies are changing ..just like now once you book your free OBC apprears in your acct right away if you want to pre purchase anything.

If you are in a RS or PH the third guest definitely gets the premium package.

However, as you get your sea pass cards the third guests card probably will not have the ‘sticker’ on it. When you go to Michael’s for that first champagne just ask the concierge to sort! This has been our experience when our adult son has cruised with us on several occasions.

Have a great cruise!

I just got off the Summit with 3 people in a Royal Suite. All 3 had the Premium beverage package.

True. We were in 1110 on the Eclipse last month and, I think, 1233 the year before. Wonderful cabins which my wife loves. CS is about as big as we need. A nice couple invited us to their penthouse suite, and it was unbelievable, but it was simply much too big for just the two of us. Fortunately, too, as its cost must rival that of the Taj

We are in 1110 next month. Stayed in most of the larger balcony Celebrity suites over the years and the extra outside space is great although I do prefer the forward facing ones rather than the ones behind the hump.

We just had our first suite experience in a Solstice CS on the hump. Fabulous experience. Priority embarkation meant that we were the first passengers on the ship. Drinks in Michael's and then off to lunch in Luminae whilst everyone else was still boarding. Our butler Stevo and cabin attendant Rex were great. We came down with really bad coughs and Stevo mad sure we were well looked after. Staff in Luminae and MIchael's club were all amazing. We had been to most of ports on the Aus/NZ itinerary so we were able to really make the most of our suite. Follow the link to a photo that will give you an idea of the size of the balcony and some of the treats from our butler too:

We've stayed in Silhouette 1110 twice before. It's on the hump and was wonderful! In fact, we've booked it again for 2019.

Also stayed in a CS on the Connie a couple of times ---once facing aft and once facing forward. The rear facing suite was better because it was less breezy. Before you ask, we didn't notice much wind on the Silhouette.

Rollie, you'll love your suite experience. Make a standing order with your butler to bring almond croissants (or your favorite indulgence) and whatever types of coffee you like every morning at the time you prefer. We used that to get our eyes sufficiently open so we could head to breakfast at Luminae. :D Or you can breakfast in your suite if you prefer. Or Blu. If you're interested in booking a future cruise, the MC concierge will arrange for a future cruise consultant to meet with you in Michaels Club at your convenience. Enjoy, it will be a great experience!

We have just booked our first suite. We my have overindulged a bit, but I think it's a once in a lifetime thing. We booked a celebrity suite on the Equinox. Anyone have pointers for a newbie. We have cruised on Celebrity many time. Thanks

Rollie

We've done suites several times--and find we simply can't bear the idea of going back. Luminae and Michael's club are amazing, as are the extra perks that come with a suite.

As far as the butler...we find our butler to be helpful in securing reservations for specialty dining, holding seats for the show on formal night, and helping book excursions. They also will bring breakfast within about 8-10 minutes of your call in the morning instead of the 30-45 minute wait for room service. And they will customize it (i.e. if you want extra bacon or something) for you.

Enjoy!

We have been in both 1110 and 1233 on both the Eclipse and the Silhouette.

For some reason we are in 1114 on Silhouette for 2 cruises next year.

Did you actually do that or just heard it? Over the last few years I have had plenty of SBC and have booked many futures cruises. They would never allow me to use my SS card. They would only take a CC (didn’t ask about cash). I was distinctly told that SBC could not be used.

Happy cruising 🌊🛳🇺🇸🌅

Did you actually book a cruise and have the deposit charged to you SS? Or did someone on board just tell you that you could do it?

You are correct it would be a significant change in policy. In the past Celebrity has allowed the On Board booking to be paid with the same Credit Card on your account, but it was a separate transaction. This practice prevents using OBC to make the deposit.

Thanks for the information.

I just got off the Summit in a Royal Suite. One of the biggest perks to me was that on disembarkation day we could stay in Michael's Club until the ship needed to be cleared (that was about 9:30 am). Then the Michael's Club concierge escorted us off the ship and took us to the front of all lines directly to the immigration officer. Also luggage from suites is the first off, so it is available whenever you want to claim it. We were off and in a taxi in very few minutes.

I think you will love all the benefits of suite class guests. Have a great trip.

Carolyn, what was your Suite # on Summit? We will be enjoying a Royal Suite on the Summit April 29th. Our last cruise was in a Sky Suite on the Solstice to Alaska (Aug 2017). This will be our first RS. Really looking forward to it! We loved MC and Luminae!

Also in a RS and above the well stocked and replenished fridge is included.

Special reserved seating in the theater.

Unlimited speciality restaurant dining.

Room service from any restaurant except Maurano.

Two bags of Laundry included (as of a year ago)

We have sailed in RS and PH suites. We were traveling with others in Veranda cabins. We had our butler and Michaels Club Concierge help with dinner reservations, coordinating our excursions, port information, afternoon snacks etc.

I asked about sushi and magically there was an afternoon snack of sushi waiting in our refrigerator.

In my experience, laundry and dry cleaning in a royal suite or the penthouse is free as long as you don't abuse the privilege. Things come back pressed and on hangers, not stuffed in a bag.
