Long time cruiser Innlady1 is having a hip replaced today, so keep her in your prayers...Sheila needs to recover quickly as we sail on the ms.Maasdam late January on the Caribbean Gems tour!

After surgery yesterday, Sheila has actually been up and taken a few steps on that new hip! She said her "room service" breakfast had a single rose in a vase on the tray...for a second, she thought she was already on the Maasdam! On no, that was just the pain meds!;) Amazing how fast they get you up and running about these days, isn't it! Continue to heal, Sheila and you'll be setting off the alarms at the airport in no time!

I wish her calm seas and an opportunity to thy out the new hip on a great teak prominade deck in between bouts of superb pampering.

It is amazing how quickly they get you up and on your feet these days. I'm scheduled to go home tomorrow...not sure that I'm ready, but we'll see....wow...a little over a month from now, we'll be on the Maasdam! :cool:

We just returned from Maasdam and promise you she is the perfect place to continue regaining your strength and mobility.

 

She just scored "99" out of possible 100 at USPH Inspection.

Sheila! How wonderful to see you post! I'm happy that the surgery seems to have gone well, and that you will go home. HOME! what a wonderful word that is.

Now, make sure that you work hard to recover as quickly as possible, and make sure Fred doesn't see the progress.

Let him wait on you hand and foot so much you'll think you're already on your next cruise. ;) Milk this for all it's worth. :D
