If HAL is charing $400 for a single, plain cabana on HMC -- wonder what the price will be for a 2 story with hot tub will cost for a day??

EXACTLY what I was thinking when I saw them!!!

Oasis went up to $1499 I think, and our hot tub DIDNT work,

I will bet that they will be $799 or MORE.

And they built the monster right next to our lovely little Gray cabana :(

Sounds like prices are getting out of hand. Last two times we were there, the cabana renters got washed out by rain about 1:30! If you are going to pay the high prices, you should be the first ones off the tender and get you money's worth!

Good point Carol - last March the private Oasis (Grand Cabana - whatever name you want to use) were the LAST ones off the ship:eek: We had to wait for our escort and the PG staff - very nice, but time is short. but it was fun

I wonder if they would have let us in?

I don't see why not as long as we were together and had the voucher showing it was paid for:D We just wouldn't have had any service for about 1/2 hour:)

They are ruining that beautiful island. Last time we were there - folks in one of the cabanas were drunk, loud, obnoxious and ended up needing medical attention....this in front of their children - vacation indeed....wish they would stop adding these eyesores and leave the island alone....

The only way to keep an island pristine is for nobody to go there.
