Finish our HAL 14 Day Alaska cruise yesterday. I had a blog started about our pre-cruise experiences and today I just finished a post on embarcation. Tomorrow will be about our cabin and other parts of the ship.

Here is the post.

Love your blog.

We also skip the photographers.

Here is the next post about our rooma and other areas that other members had asked for pictures of.

Nice pictures.

I found it hard to get decent pictures of the menus on the wall of the Dive-In because of the plastic covering it.

There were only two children on board, during this cruise, so I guess that's why Club Hal was usually empty. The ClubHal person was seconded into helping out at Bingo, and other events since she wasn't utilized at ClubHal.

But there were supposed to be 90 kids on the current cruise, that started on Jun 1st.

Uilleann, nice pictures! Thanks for providing a different perspective to our cruise.

Here is the next posting. These take a bit of time to do. Hats off to other cruising bloggers. This post covers the first 3 sites or ports. Our best excursion was the Juneau dog sleding. BTW I am putting in larger picts of the really cool shots. Just click or double click on an image for a larger view. Also added a video.

Loving your blog! We are going on the Amsterdam in August for a week long cruise. I am really enjoying all the pictures and it's getting me even more excited! I'm so jealous of your beautiful suite. I wish we had the money for a room with a balcony! I was also excited to see you talk about geocaching in the blog. I'm really into caching and can't wait to do some in Alaska. We're going to Juneau, Ketchikan and Sitka. Were there any caches there that you recommend putting on the must do list? :)
