Harmony Transatlantic Prices

Recommended Posts

I just got off the phone and got some prices for the 13 night transatlantic from Spain to Florida:

The dates are 10/23/16 to 11/5/16:

Inside "N" $1,978.28

OV "G" obstructed view $2,138.28

OV "F" not obstructed view #2,198.28

Balcony "D8" $2,333.28

Balcony "B2" $1,993.28

All these prices are for two people in a cabin and the balcony pricing includes the C&A Emerald discount.

....which is about the same price as this year's Allure TA. And like this year's TA, the prices will likely drop after final payment. Regardless of how popular a ship is, it's hard to fill a 6000 passanger ship on a repositioning sailing with one stop.

Just got off the phone...Oct 2 sailing in a D2, Deck 8....one person....$4250.00 Canadian wow, that's expensive. Especially for this far out. I'll hold off for now and see what happens. That comes out to $607 per day. That's how I judge the value of a cruise.

I'm presuming your prices are per person...

He didn't have any deck plans, couldn't tell me the ports....very strange. I guess they figure people will book it blind.

Oh well. Will keep an eye on things. I enjoyed Oasis, especially after getting on the ship (embarkation was a horror story, LOL). Maybe its prices will go down.

Price for the Solo Cabins which are 96 sq feet.

Inside: $1129.14

Ocean View: $1279.14

Really thinking about booking my first TA...

Through the Travel Agent booking, the ocean view is actually less expensive than the inside price. Strange but true!! You may want to check that out.

I am curious about the A4 category Aqua Theater Suites. Has anyone checked pricing on these? What other suite category are they priced similar to.....Owners Suite, Crown Loft Suite, Grand Suite etc.??

Thanks for your help!!

Expensive right now. With discount, the Grand Suite goes for about 4,279.14 PP including taxes. That's quite a bit higher than the Allure TA. Hope the suite prices come down!!

Go for it! We're doing our first TA on Allure this October and just booked the Harmony TA. A D8 is $1199/pp (cruise fare only before any C&A discounts).

Cruise on,

Michael Poole, I checked for solo pricing online a little while ago. I didn't write down any prices, though. When I called this morning, nothing was available online, but now it is.

If you are considering doing your first TA, I have a suggestion. The solo prices for the "regular" cabins are slightly higher than the price of the "solo" OV cabins on deck 4. If you book the smaller solo cabins that don't have the single supplement, you would be losing out on the extra 12 points that you would get by paying a little more for the regular cabin. But, I am sure that you already know that?;)

Good point about the points! On the longer cruises it feels like a bigger deal to lose the double points. I looked this morning and at first the Inside Studio category was showing available as well as the OV Studio category, with the Inside being about $150 cheaper than the OV. A few minutes later the Inside Studio was showing sold out - so I presume there's only a few of them on the ship (but I'm guessing they might pop back into the system later as holds expire). The OV Studio seemed quite reasonably priced for the TA at around the $100 per day range - however their location had me a little concerned, as they appear to be located between the casino and the Grande restaurant, and would wonder about sounds, smell and possibly smoke? On the plan there was only the one row of OV studios showing, maybe 12 to 15 of them in total. I might still give them a try, out of curiosity...

We booked a D7...$1209 each, minus $350 balcony discount, $150 on board credit. So total is less than $2000 for both of us for a 13-night cruise. Reasonable, IMO. Of course, I'll watch prices over the next 18 months to see what happens...LOL
