bilyclub Posted April 14, 2015 #5 Share Posted April 14, 2015 There is a program/app that lets you make 4 Royal luggage tags on a single sheet of paper. This software also allows names to be inserted and is free. Print up the tags and then laminate them. Best tags in the world. http://www.zansstuff.com/luggage-tags
RSLeesburg Posted April 14, 2015 #6 Share Posted April 14, 2015 Paper, with a sticky back. Yes. Very similar to what airlines put on our checked bags, except skinnier :)
George C Posted April 14, 2015 #7 Share Posted April 14, 2015 We just got our in mail, there free for GS and above, there just like the tags that are they give you to attach to your bags when you leave the cruise
jamesr3939 Posted April 14, 2015 #8 Share Posted April 14, 2015 They are just like airline tags except a little narrower. They are also in color and have a diagram of the ship in a large letter, which I assume designates the general area of the ship where you cabin is located. jaspercat Posted April 14, 2015 #11 Share Posted April 14, 2015 Yup - they are just like airplane tags, yes in color, cabin number/area, etc. Always they were a big deal - now know it was more the cruise doc book that was! I have no problem now printing my own and have the skinny tags they fit in. A bit of excess paper and folding --- wouldn't want to do a family of 4 or more! It's been awhile - I don't miss them. Desert Cruizers Posted April 15, 2015 #12 Share Posted April 15, 2015 I don't mind printing our tags out either, they aren't something I feel we will hang unto and generally are discarded once we receive our luggage. I do have the software on my computer for printing 4 or more out at a time and have the plastic holders.

ColoradoGurl Posted April 15, 2015 #15 Share Posted April 15, 2015 Are they paper, plastic, sleeves with paper inserts, what? They're like $5 more than free, haha! JK. I don't know but I do know that the paper ones they attach with tape work just fine and cost nothing. So why bother paying for something that works the same. In my opinion. jamesr3939 Posted April 15, 2015 #17 Share Posted April 15, 2015 Paper works great, just buy the tag holders from the CC store at the link above like I did. Get the large ones then all the cruise lines tags will fit. Plus, you can put a business card in them and use for regular trips.

They are $35 and you don't pay for them if you are pinnacle or in a GS or higher, as George has already mentioned above.
