Will check stock tonight, had a fantastic lemon drop last night

 

In case we needed another example of inconsistency in ships, I was denied a lemon drop in the CL (I did not try the DL) last month on the Rhapsody. I was advised to order a vodka sour in a martini glass and they told me it would taste the same. I was a close second - maybe a bit sweeter.

 

It never became a big issue for me as we generally had our drink at one of the bars and getting a lemon drop was never a problem.

 

Seems like you are enjoy your trip.

How do you like the aft on freedom? Does your balcony get much sun? We have one booked for an upcoming Indy cruise but thinking of switching cabins.

Looks like they aren't enforcing no shorts in MDR. Thanks again for your updates as we cruise in 6 weeks! Makes me more excited!

Decent amount of Sun. Not sure I would do again. So far from everything, have to plan trips. I also don't think cabin is as large as Oasis.

No Kahlua in CL, have not been in DL for a few days. Bo our bartender/waiter keeps us entertained in CL. He is supposed to be in On Air in evening but we haven't seen him yet. We did offer him a job to clean our beach condo on turn around day

Lobster night, but still many tables not near full. We did dine with Jim and Nancy again. As I said earlier they were at Chef's Table. They have Chops tonight so we may be solo again at our 8 top. Lobster was good, Jim and both had 3. Baked Alaska was good, a little icy. Laura had chocolate chip cookies, they are hard to find elsewhere

 

After dinner it was 3 card poker with Captain Tor. I played blind and made $65. That is after tipping captain 4 times and tipping waitress for the drinks Captain bought us. He was a lot of fun. I'm fortunate that we got seats
