Where do you WANT each ship to be deployed in 2017?

Recommended Posts

A quantum class ship in Europe would be good but highly unlikely. Do you think they will send allure back to Europe in 2017?

No. The Oasis and Allure just go to Europe for dry dock.

Hello everybody,

With the MJ staying in the fleet for the near future I am wondering where everybody would like certain ships to be deployed to.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT THE OFFICIAL DEPLOYMENT SCHEDULE THREAD FOR 2017.

Thanks

Joe

I would like for them all to be within a 3 hr drive of my home, but with varied and exciting itineraries. :D

-10-12 night Canada/NE between NJ and Quebec!!

Thanks for your responses everyone. Lets keep this thread going.

Here is what I think they should do:

Ovation: Asia (Tianjin), Australia/NZ/S. Pacific (Sydney)

Anthem: 7NT Med (Civitavecchia), 6/8NT Caribbean (Fort Lauderdale)

Quantum: Year round 7NT Caribbean (Port Canaveral)

Harmony: Year round 7NT Caribbean (Fort Lauderdale)

Allure: Year round 7NT Caribbean (Fort Lauderdale)

Oasis: 7NT Med (Barcelona), 10/11NT Caribbean (Port Canaveral)

Independence: 14NT Med (Southampton), 4/5NT Caribbean (Fort Lauderdale)

Liberty: Year round Cape Liberty

Freedom: Asia (Shanghai), Australia/NZ/S. Pacific (Sydney)

Jewel: Alaska (Seattle), S. Caribbean (San Juan)+ LA in Fall

Serenade: Alaska (Vancouver/Seward), Australia/NZ/S. Pacific (Sydney)

Brilliance: 12NT Baltic (Harwich), 4/5NT Caribbean (Tampa)+ Boston in Fall.

Radiance: Asia (Hong Kong), Australia/NZ/S. Pacific (Sydney)

Mariner: Asia (Shanghai), Short cruises from Singapore

Navigator: Year round Galveston

Adventure: Year round San Juan

Explorer: 12NT Med (Barcelona), South America (Sao Paulo)

Voyager: Europe (Southampton), 10/11NT Caribbean (Fort Lauderdale)

Vision: Med (Venice), Middle East (Dubai)

Enchantment: 3/4NT Bahamas (Miami)

Rhapsody: Northern Europe (Various Home Ports), 7NT Caribbean (Tampa)

Grandeur: Year round Baltimore

Legend: 4/5NT Asia (Singapore), Australia (Brisbane)

When Quantum 4 comes send it to Alaska and Australia and send Oasis 4 to Singapore. Also, in 2018 have year round cruises in Europe again.

Port Everglades is a 12+ hour drive for us. Wife doesn't want to fly. Oasis class in Port Canaveral would save us two hours drive each way. Not sure it would work but a Freedom class in NOLA would be nice too. Six hour drive.

You need to move south. ;)

Would love to see Allure, Oasis and Harmony do more interesting Caribbean Itineraries.

Drop Nassau, Falmouth please! can we not get into Tortola, San Juan, Grand Turk?

Totally Agree!! Why not St. Kitts or St. Croix? Anywhere except the same old ports over and over.

Bring the Navigator back to NOLA year round!!!!

The port of MS would be a nice change. It's an hour from NOLA, and hour from Mobile and we have casinos! I know, I know, wishful thinking. :D

Charleston! I know, dreaming because the townies don't even want carnival there. But a nice 4 day cruise within 3 hour drive would be great for last minute getaways. Quantum class from either FLL or San Juan for a southern Caribbean.

Yes, what happened to the British Isles cruises? Get Majesty out of Florida. I was looking forward to her being sold off and hopefully Rhapsody moving into PC. Majesty is my absolute least favorite ship other than the Titanic.
