Do Junior Suites get reserved seating??? Or is that just for the big wigs? :) I'm usually up by 6:30 and out reading by the pool by 7:00 anyway! So I guess I'll be good.

Reserved pool seating is for Grand Suites and better, and Pinnacle Club members.

Sorry, no. Only Grand Suites and above. You do get double cruise points though [emoji106]

Looks like a GREAT day!

I have an odd request. Our cabins are on deck 8 Balcony 8329 and Promenade 8328.

If you happen to be in that area could you please take a picture from in front of the cabins down the hall toward the elevators. It is just one of my corky, planning obsessions. I like to know where I will be and what it looks like :) I'm assuming the promenade that my sons will be in will look like the cabin you are in now.

Thanks for all your info!

Hi ckrobyn,

Hope you enjoy your cruise.

Great live reports so far!!!!

I think that ship and crew is one of the best in the fleet.

If you see Raj our favourite concierge tell him

George & Caroline miss him already

(we were on Indy last month for B2B)

Also if you run into Roger & Jim in there say hi! to them for us.

We are from Bolton, Ontario.

Cheers,

Tonight is formal and I just popped into the Concierge Lounge to meet Raj, and of course say hello to him for those of you that asked (yes, I had to scroll back!) here he is, smiling and saying hello to all of his friends on Cruise Critic2431872e09218acc02c8e4124acfcc42.jpg

The 70's Party is tonight as well. I am really impressed with Ricky Matthews the CD, he is a lot of fun and keeps his guests laughing!

I'm in the Diamond Lounge right now enjoying a little snack and adult beverage before late dinner. Here's a pic of some of the offerings. There is also hot choices as well.a71c6c580dfb41a9eecc18da00cedc69.jpg

The servers in here are fantastic.

My best friend shar27 was aboard for the last cruise, and enjoyed many of these, Canadians know them as Bloody Caesars and they are as good as it looks!ab949e1ac135b1c2659b3a24bdf4ea1e.jpg

Here's shar27 after a few of those [emoji6]7011603079e4d0fde8929ab9228d8141.jpg

He looks just as good as always. Thanks for saying hi to Raj. I would have to say he is one of our favourite concierges. We have only spent a week with him but got to know him as a friendly and outgoing individual.

Have fun at the dance party tonight.

A few tidbits of info:

Not only is the casino smokey (sorry smokers, I hate the smell) it's got some weird, strong air freshener being pumped through every few minutes. This is new I think, I've never been in a Royal casino that has this. So now it's air freshener combined with smoke = not lovely. Oh well.

About my promenade cabin: I really love it, and I thought I chose a really quiet location directly above guest relations.... Not so much. What I didn't count on was the noise from Bolero's! I'm glad I brought ear plugs with me. The promenade cabins are definitely not sound proof, just sayin'.

Tomorrow is Labadee, and I plan to spend a great day at the beach and of course in the water. I will be taking plenty of pictures. We will be at Columbus Cove. That's it for today [emoji1] thanks for following along!
