ThirstyCruiser Posted March 15, 2017 #1801 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Grab your phone and the credit card. Harmony of the Seas dates released thru 2019. Same room is more expensive that my Symphony booking - I'm staying on Symphony! I got a call from a C&A person that was handling my bookings from Symphony as I expressed an interest in switching to Harmony if better pricing. On the website if you search on Harmony you can see the months into 2019 lit up as selectable in your search criteria.

Same room is more expensive that my Symphony booking - I'm staying on Symphony! I just tried to look at prices and get a message that reservations are down until 8am EST. Typical confusing RC, displaying standard time when we've just changed to daylight savings. At least they also listed GMT, so we can figure out what they really mean. OfTheSeasCruiser Posted March 15, 2017 #1803 Share Posted March 15, 2017 I've posted the most likely home ports/deployments in red. What kind of Med sailings is Brilliance doing in the fall?

It probably means that I can book the Liberty when I get home from work at 8 AM MSTas they are probably loading those cruises onto the site as we speak.. I plan to book online and then transfer to a TA after I get quotes from the two TA's I use lately. I wonder if they are available by phone yet? I don't want to be stuck on hold. I don't think that the Liberty will have the crazy price upswing within hours that the Symphony had. She is not a new ship nor is it a new itinerary, so I doubt if we will see madness there.;)
CRUISEBOY305 Posted March 15, 2017 #1809 Share Posted March 15, 2017 What kind of Med sailings is Brilliance doing in the fall? I think Brilliance may do Northern Europe.
LuCruise Posted March 15, 2017 #1810 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Website is wonky. The Caribbean are loaded until Apr 2019 so I can see the initial price, but can't get past selecting the # rooms. It keeps sending me back to the search page.

shipfriend_max Posted March 15, 2017 #1813 Share Posted March 15, 2017 I think Brilliance may do Northern Europe. Yeah but only until September, I guess. Since Brilliance does not seem to sail Canada/NE in fall 2018 up to Quebec (Adventure is doing so), she might do Med in fall 2018, as it wa initially planned for Vision in 2017. So maybe she sails from Venice in 2018.
mommykim Posted March 15, 2017 #1814 Share Posted March 15, 2017 I can get in with Safari, that 8 day cruise is pricey I planned to do that one after the Symphony TA but had not expected it to be quite that much $. I hink they know a LOT of us going on the TA will plan to do it as well.

kccrzr Posted March 15, 2017 #1819 Share Posted March 15, 2017 I was able to get past the cabin selection page to cruiser info/payment page on a March 2019 Harmony sailing using IE. I didn't go past that as I am not interested in the itinerary. That cruise was $2000 pp for JS on deck 9 with a $660 pp upcharge for deck 8! If I were interested, I would book even if the prices seem a bit high now. We booked Ovation the day it opened and within 5 weeks got a huge price drop using the fish site. LuCruise Posted March 15, 2017 #1820 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Ok...so I'm in now. Am surprised in that Harmony for same week, same room, is $1000 more than Symphony? That quite surprised me considering that Symphony is the newer ship. (Comparing boardwalk balcony room ). Another strange thing...do they only release a certain number of cabins initially? Am asking since it shows no Promenade rooms available at all (for 4 people). Can't imagine they all sold out within the first hour. With this price, our decision is easy. We'll keep our Symphony booking.
OfTheSeasCruiser Posted March 15, 2017 #1821 Share Posted March 15, 2017 I think Brilliance may do Northern Europe. I know. From Amsterdam. Someone mentioned her going to the Med in the fall, after her Northern Europe cruises. I'm hoping she sails the same itinerary as the one in Oct 2017. 12 days med cruise. Vision will be sailing 12 nighters from Barcelona.

candlegirl Posted March 15, 2017 #1823 Share Posted March 15, 2017 Just called in and booked Majesty for June 18, 2018 and Liberty for April 21, 2019. I also inquired about Oasis and it was also available for booking. None of these are showing on Royal's website.

beachnative Posted March 16, 2017 #1825 Share Posted March 16, 2017 I'm happy...just called and booked a Harmony Back2Back in the Spring 2018 and a Harmony Back2Back in the Fall 2018. That will be followed by a Symphony Back2Back in December that I booked last week. All 6 cruises are booked for our usual spot.
