I've been watching that for about 15 minutes but couldn't tell if that was Prinsendam or not. She does not seem to move even when I refresh the site.

On the Pacific side there are 2 Miraglores locks followed about a mile later by the Miguel lock. I think the Prinsendam is in the Miguel Lock Chamber and will begin moving once the locking process is completed.
