Clarea Posted August 6, 2017 #3 Share Posted August 6, 2017 I'm not even sure it's yogurt OR ice cream. Someone posted a photo of the ingredients recently (Carol?) and I don't recall yogurt.
Ken at the beach Posted August 6, 2017 #4 Share Posted August 6, 2017 I'm not even sure it's yogurt OR ice cream. Someone posted a photo of the ingredients recently (Carol?) and I don't recall yogurt. I noticed that on Harmony this past March as well but I forgot to take a picture. It definitely did not say yogurt or ice cream.

I think the package said something generic like "frozen dessert".
Ken at the beach Posted August 6, 2017 #6 Share Posted August 6, 2017 I think the package said something generic like "frozen dessert". I was thinking "frozen treat" but wasn't sure. Definitely something non descriptive.
gerif Posted August 6, 2017 #7 Share Posted August 6, 2017 I've always thought it was ice milk. Not creamy enough to be either ice cream or frozen yoghurt but fine on a hot day.

Merion_Mom Posted August 6, 2017 #14 Share Posted August 6, 2017 Impressed that you were able to find this out TY It's not unusual to see the workers with this cart, filling the machines. I have these pictures, too. (thanks for the nod, Bob :) ) Frozen Dessert Mix. YUM! I rarely eat it as intended. I get a Windjammer glass, put some chocolate "frozen dessert mix" in the bottom, add WJ coffee, and stir. Voila! Instant (and free) mocha milkshake! (can be made in any flavor, by using WJ milk instead of coffee, and any *flavor* of *frozen dessert mix*) You're welcome. :D
CruisinCons Posted August 7, 2017 #15 Share Posted August 7, 2017 Isn't this pretty much what all cheap soft serve is? We have an awesome place in my town that uses real yogurt and all natural ingredients in their soft serve; I think this is the only place I'll eat soft serve. DisneyDatknee Posted August 7, 2017 #16 Share Posted August 7, 2017 Some days it tasted like "ice cream" and some days it tasted like "yoghurt" on the Indy..... The mind plays tricks.
