beachbum6264 Posted September 2, 2018 #4 Share Posted September 2, 2018 That's what we usually do. One of us will go grab a couple of plates and bring them back to our chairs. Sometimes we'll grab a plate full of fruit to have in our cabin for a late night snack. There have sometimes been cookies hiding on that plate when DH loads it. dmdiver Posted September 2, 2018 #6 Share Posted September 2, 2018 Yes, we've gotten burgers, etc. & taken them back to our lounger by the pool as well as back to the cabin to eat on the balcony.
AR Patriot Posted September 2, 2018 #7 Share Posted September 2, 2018 Not quite. You can't take plates of food into the show lounges.Unfortunately I have seen this done and none of the staff said anything to stop them. Left a huge mess after the show. WIFamily Posted September 2, 2018 #8 Share Posted September 2, 2018 You can take what ever you want, where ever you want. With the exception of the bridge. I put a towel on a chair to save it, was just running to the rest root Low and behold, hen I got back from my spa treatment, bingo, an hour at the casino, and with a plate of bacon from the buffet, someone had taken my towel! They then had the audacity to tell me I had to leave!

BallFour4 Posted September 3, 2018 #12 Share Posted September 3, 2018 Not quite. You can't take plates of food into the show lounges. Although rare, I've seen it a few times during shows and never anything said. For the Super Bowl the big screen was lowered and food and drink were everywhere. . evandbob Posted September 3, 2018 #15 Share Posted September 3, 2018 :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: I hope that no one reading this thread brings food into the actual pool with them and says it's okay to do so, they read it on cruise critic! Unfortunately I have seen this done and none of the staff said anything to stop them. Left a huge mess after the show. Sent from my Essential PH-1 using Forums mobile app I have taken a plate of food to show lounge, Punchliner, etc. I am a neat eater, I cleaned up after myself and never left a mess. I carried my napkin-covered plate out of the venue. More times tan not, a friendly crew member offered to take it for me.

I'm simply curious, I always go after dinner and wouldn't want to take food. However, is this posted somewhere?

KnightmareBonnie Posted September 4, 2018 #19 Share Posted September 4, 2018 You can take food and drinks to the pool. You just can’t have them in the water. You can even bring the food to your cabin and just leave the plates outside your door when your done.

rjl1977 Posted September 5, 2018 #23 Share Posted September 5, 2018 Yes you can take food to your lounger or room. Another trick would be to take some fruit or other light snack to your room for late night snacks unless you want to pay for room service or want the pizza.
