Rare BirdTravels Posted January 16, 2019 #4 Share Posted January 16, 2019 Use to order beluga every night as an appetizer. Maitre D use to go to caviar locker to check out a 1 oz container. ...But that was not on NCL...

bones774 Posted January 16, 2019 #9 Share Posted January 16, 2019 I'm pretty sure I saw some caviar on one of the themed nights at the Buffet. It was just a tiny bit, looked more like a decoration than anything else and it was placed at the very far side of the buffet counter, at the very edge of the cooks side of counter. I'm tall and long arm reach and it was difficult for me to reach and as I tried to scoop some it was just being pushed around on it's surface, I ended up with just a few bits stuck to my spoon and gave up. Rare BirdTravels Posted January 17, 2019 #10 Share Posted January 17, 2019 We asked our butler (on NCL) for a plate of canapes with caviar. We got a few. You sometimes get them at the Captain's reception in the Haven.

Butler brought some appetizers with caviar a couple of times when he delivered “snacks” in the afternoon. Not sure what kind it was as I’m not a caviar connoisseur. The canapés and snacks with caviar were all quite tasty, though!
