Craziest thing You've ever seen happen on a Cruiseship?

The hot tub had 5 or 6 adults just enjoying the hot tub.  The kid was kind of getting annoying, walking up the stairs to the hot tub, making faces, talking like a bratty 5 year old, running back to the loungers then repeating the drill.  I was close enough to see the antics but far enough away so it didn't really impact me.  

 

Next trip up the stairs the kids reaches the top of the stairs, turns around, drops his swimsuit and proceeds to poop in the hot tub.  I have never seen a hot tub clear out so fast.  One second they were all relaxing, siping drinks and in a split second they were all in motion, climbing over the sides, getting the he.. out of that tub in record time.  

 

That tub was closed for the rest of the day.  I had been in both hot tubs in that area a couple of times before that.  After that I couldn't use any hot tub on the ship.  

Exactly why I do not swim on ships or use the hot tubs.

I was thinking it sounds like the family needs to be taken to task if the child was allowed to do all he did before lowering his swimsuit. 

 

This seems like a case of the child being ignored and him making darn sure he got some attention: one way or another.

I only sit in hot tubs in the Serenity area.  There's no one pooping in the hot tub as a sick joke, at least.  I hope that sorry excuse for a human being got a spanking, and its family was kicked off the ship at the next port.  Well, when you see people sitting in the hot tub for hours, drinking beer after beer, and never getting out, it raises a question of its own, but meh.

 "Sir, you are being ejected from the premises for urinating in the pool."

 "But many people urinate in the pool, and you're not kicking them out."

 "Seriously?  You were urinating from the diving board!"

Agreed, I think the family should be made to pay for the clean up of the hot tub at least.

A shirt can be both rude and hilarious at the same time.  It's about respect for others; something many Millennials have apparently not been taught.  What is appropriate in a small gathering of friends who know each other well is not necessarily appropriate on a ship with children and those more conservative.

 

And porn is for losers.  It's not difficult to define.

I would argue that any one who can possibly wear a shirt, can also wear an offensive (to someone) shirt. Some people will be offended no matter what it is.

I am a native Floridian and trust me, rudeness and lack of respect for others is VERY common amongst the over 65 set.

Unfortunately it is across generations and across countries. It seems to be becoming more common. Are we all becoming more entitled and demanding?

 

Though luckily there are lots of good people as well. Here in Australia we have witnessed that recently with the outpouring of help, kindness and donations to those suffering due to the fires.
