ms Nieuw Statendam in Port Everglades November 17, 2019

It was rather chilly as we sailed into port Everglades this morning.  When I get to the terminal I am opening my suitcase and putting on a jacket. It is about 58 here at the port..  I am stillon the Nieuw Statendam.

Iam  staying in Ft. Lauderdale until Tuesday.  I hope it warms up a bit.

Well I am ready for some of those Love Boat toots.  I haven't heard them yet this year as this is my first sailaway with Regal this fall.  There are our Love Boat toots.

You must have more restraint than I do. I was on the Eurodam a week ago and none of the pillow chocolates survived the cruise.

In my case the milk chocolate ones survived but not the dark!

In my case, the dark survived, but only a few of the milk chocolate.  I will eat the dark ones when I am desperate!

I am an equal opportunity chocolate consumer, but I do like the dark better as well.

Carnival Magic backed up a lot more than usual before starting to make its turn.  I don't think I recall another ship turning in that narrow area before.

Yes, it looked almost as if she was going to bump into her neighbour.

Tug moving in to help Crown Princess, I wonder if she is having trouble with her side thrusters.

I think they are always around, but maybe that means Crown P is next in the parade.

From the VHF communication, there does seem to be some kind of trouble.

I only eat the dark chocolate -- they are healthier.

 

I even take my own dark chocolate onto the ships as HAL doesn't have enough for me.
