Itinerary change....notification?

If you book directly via Princess, you have to make sure you have selected to receive the information. Princess.com ==> sign in ==> "My Account" ==> "Profile Information" ==> Scroll down to "Receive Offers and News". Mine appears as below:

 

"Contact me about news, marketing updates, latest fares, specials or offers by:

Phone: Yes                     Email: Yes                            Mail: Yes"
 
Also, take a moment to ensure your contact details are correct.
 
Also, "Manage This Booking"  ==> "Guest Information"  ==> "Personal Information"  ==> Scroll down to "Contact Information"  ==> there is a place to select SMS alerts and also ensure your email is correct.

I book through EZair but most often first hear of flight schedule changes directly through an email from Delta (the airline most used out of Phoenix).  Usually, I get the Delta email weeks before the flight info is changed in the personalizer.
