Carnival Website down?

Well, I was finally able to login around 9:30 last night after 5 1/2 hours of trying, but that was short lived. Looks like they're still having problems. It's doing the same thing it did yesterday.

This is why it is a bad idea to wait to the last day to make your payments!  (or book excursions, cheers, etc.)

Yes, but also it seems like Carnival's site has so many issues compared to other travel sites. It's pretty bad!

lol and people actually think WiFi on the ships will work.  Carnival has IMO one of the clunkiest hard to navigate sites there is. JMO

I have been trying to get in, changed my password 3 times, thinking that was the issue, then it finally said "network issues"....😑

Still can’t get in! Frustrating! I know they had a website glitch, selling 7 day cruises for only $100, so they may still be trying to fix that. But I need to do my check in for my April cruise! 😬

Well, it was working for me. I was able to access my Cruise Manager a couple times within the last hour, but now it's down again.

 

Same as before. If I refresh the page while it's trying to login, it'll show me logged in and I can view my profile. But I cannot access my Cruise Manager. It just kicks back to the login page. So there's something going on with that portion of the site, and maybe the booking engine since people have said that was glitchy too. Very frustrating considering it's been going on for a few days now.

I haven't been able to "manage my booking" since Thursday but I can click where it says "245 days to cruising" and access all of my bookings. The site is acting normal for me besides that.

I haven't cruised on Carnival in several years, but have cruised on five different cruise lines in the interim.  I have never had as many problems with any other web site as I have with Carnival.  I haven't been able to manage my booking to add excursions all day long although it would let me use my booking number to get in and add passenger info.  It's not a big deal since I have a couple of weeks until my final payment date, but it sure is annoying.

CCL had a major pricing glitch and that shut them down to correct the ultra low prices quoted on their website.  Unfortunately these price quotes WILL NOT be honored per CCL.

Site down for at least 4 days (off and on). Very frustrating. I’d lose my job if our environment was down that long!
