You had posted that the time was 16:00 earlier and that's what I was referring to. I see now that you posted after that, that the time was 19:00. Still could leave at any time! It's like scheduling drydock leaving time. It usually starts about 1 pm and sometimes the ship leads or mingles in the parade.
