Tallinn 2010 and 2013. Another beautiful and picturesque city. 
I have few photos without us being in them! One thing I love about Tallinn is the Fat Margaret tower - what a name!!

Tomorrow  we sail along the southern coast of the Baltic with visits to Riga, Gdansk, Rostock , Warnemunde etc.....

The old town of Tallinn doesn't seem to have changed much from 2006 when we visited....

My first visit to Tallin was for the Christmas markets.

We did a tour on the HOHO buses - some of the photos look out of focus but it's ice on the windows!

Our next visit it was in 2018 in the rain.

While we were there we stocked up on the local liqueur which we had tried on our previous visit.

If you are walking the old town (which is doable)  try and get a good map before you go and try to plot a route or you will miss a lot.

These picks were from a weeks visit and when we went back on a cruise we managed to find more little streets.  Dont have the pics of  that visit as I have somehow managed to delete them all after  St petersburg yesterday -  Have luckily backed them up to  google photo  so should be ok for tomorrow.

Never even got to the "New town"  other than going through on the bus to & from the airport.

Tallinn in the snow looked like a fairy-tale. the old town really is magical at all times though.

Today we sail along the southern coast of the Baltic and tomorrow we reach Copenhagen and do a transit of the Kiel Canal.

I only have a few pictures of Warnemunde from that area...

We went to Berlin from Warnemunde but it was a bit rushed once we got there (3 Hrs each way) , just a quick walk around the main sights really.

Warnemunde,  We had done some research prior to our cruise,(tripAdvr) and discovered you could get to Bad Doberan on a bus very easily & visit the Mecklenburg Molli steam train, which travels up thru the town centre & goes up to an upmarket Resort of Heiligendamm. We had no desire to go to Berlin, as mentioned above, a long coach trip & very little time there. I can recommend the trip to the Molli, a lovely little town, plenty to see, & the ride thru the countryside very pleasant.                     Locals                      
                         very friendly too, especially if you try to speak a little German.

Continuing on Travemunde.  gateway for trip to Lubeck, & Hamburg.  again not for us, the Resort of Travemunde is another upmarket town for holidaying Germans, a very long promenade/ beach,shops hotels etc. our visit happened to coincide with a "International Boules competition" some from UK there too, Another really nice relaxing place to visit.

Next up is Hamburg and the Kiel Canal followed by Travelmunde, on a Christmas Market cruise. We spent about an hour in Travelmunde before heading back to the ship as we were late docking there and coaches that were supposed to take us to Lubeck hadn't arrived as it was cold!

I have little else to add from our two visits to Warnemunde. 
We also enjoyed our trip on the Molli Steam Train.

 

Had a good look around the impressive Minster at Bad Doberam before heading to the beautiful seaside town of Kuhlungsborn.
