I just checked the website, and at least they have my Sailor Loot listed in the correct amount...

After all the crap they've put me through, I think that a hundred dollars is a bit of an insult. Last night, I really gave it to the poor girl at customer service, and I feel bad about going into a drunken rant towards her, but I really think they dropped the ball when it comes to customer relations...

I do think you should bring this up on the ship, too - they would know for sure if there are better rooms available and, if you can't secure a better upgrade they might just comp you something (not sure what...but something???)

Let's hope that is the very last of your problems from here on out. Have a safe trip Sid - I am waiting to hear about your cruise. I am doing a B2B on December 1st and taking a long time client/friend with me. Sure don't want to scare them off from ever cruising again.

Oh  that's right this is your first covid flight isn't it. I've had eight now so I'm used to the plane mask thing.

I feel your pain.  I flew in August and I was miserable.  Will not fly again until mask crap is over. I will only consider cruises within driving distance - Galveston or New Orleans.

I flew to Miami last November, and this whole day mask thing sucks.
