Where do you like the bed??

I have a Club Balcony booked on the Bliss and have been in a Balcony but never with the bed by the balcony. Which is better and gives you more space? I requested the bed by the closet but I am thinking by the balcony door might be better.

I hope mine is by the balcony. My very first cruise on Celebrity Equinox had this configuration (door, couch/desk, bed, balcony) and I loved it. On the Infinity it was by the door (door, bed, couch/desk, balcony), and I didn't care for it too much, but I managed. The extra space between the bed and the door made a difference; and sleeping by the sea a plus.

Closets in both cases were easy to get to.

Also, the room seems larger, and feels less cramped with the bed by the balcony; both rooms were only 192 square feet.

although it has never been a big concern to me until I ready this.  now that I think about it, I prefer by the closet, not by the balcony.  I understand there is not as much room to access the closet.  But for me, thinking back, when the bed is by the entrance/closet, the room feels more open and brighter for me.

Thanks for the responses and pictures. I am still undecided. Wish it was a Murphy bed so we would have all that room either way. 🙂

But then you would lose the space under the bed for storing your empty suitcases!
