I am definitely not a high roller, but I just checked the Casino Club page to check out the benefits and it says certain levels of the Blue Chip Club do have VIP access to either Michael’s Club or the Retreat, whichever is applicable:

https://www.celebritycruises.com/content/dam/celebrity/pdf/casino-bcc-flyer-july-25-2022.pdf

That's one thing I don't get. How hard is it to quickly create a new flyer with up to date information yet they have been circulating factually incorrect benefits charts for over two years now.

Fits into the BCC modus operandi, they simply don't care. Just as they don't care to finally come up with an IT solution to log in and retrieve your current points and play balance. There was an interview with the Head of Fortunes Casino/BCC and URcomped last year where he promised a lot of things, NONE of which ever came into fruition.

OK so on our last three cruises we have probably only eaten in Luminae on two or prehaps three occasions. We have however on all those cruises spent much of the evenings in Michaels/ the Retreat Lounge. We are not Blue Chip ,members and still a few hundred points shy of zenith.....

Where does that put us?

Zenith will give you additional benefits but unless in a suite you will not have access to Zenith.   Celebrity has really stripped away most incentive to be Zenith but clam they will be offering some on ship events.   Yea right.

About the best you can hope for would be Free Unlimited laundry and dry clean,  Free Premium Drink Package  and Premium Wifi.

If you travel in an upper suite Zenith is basically useless except possibly vanity.

Yes, July 1, 2019 was a long time ago and a lot has changed since then.

That is the current link to the offers.  That is what is being advertised to persons enticing them to join the Blue Chip Club.  If this is not the current offer, then the flyer needs to be taken down.  The copy right on the flyer is 2021.

Its a free cruise or a discount off a more expensive one, isn’t it?

The type of complimentary cruise is usually restricted (7 days) and for a specific cabin type (balcony) and then you pay the port tax. Comp cruises don't come with Always Included so you're also on the hook for gratuities, drink packages and wifi. Unless you're Zenith of course, then these things are included.

Same goes for Blue Chip Club cruises. However, I was always able to select lets say Aqua Class Balcony for $140 instead of $0. No brainer, really. I heard of some who get upsell offers to Suite level but that's still pretty rich in price.

Sure did... LOL.    I did accept the $5.00 free  slot pull.    I lost everything.   Iain won a little and played it that's how he hit Pearl.

I did accept my free cruise for hitting Zenith.   It works pretty well they allow you to take any cruise you wish but give you the quotient of a 7 night Caribbean ocean view as a credit against it.    It ended up costing me dearly.    Just as we touched down on the Tarmac in FLL I got a text that all cruises had been cancelled due to Covid.   Had to stay 3 days in order to get a flight home.

How did Celebrity handle getting you a replacement for the Zenith cruise?

Just had to call the Zenith desk.     That is also how we had to book your original.    I also had a FCC at 125% for the portion that we had paid.   The hardest part to get refunded was the Upgrade I  "WON"  which was awarded 48 hours prior to the cruise.     I eventually had to file a credit card dispute.

I guess I don’t feel it that way. A free cruise is a free cruise. Even if it’s only a discount toward a more expensive cruise, that’s still not “useless “

You should be Pearl too. All it takes is 1 Tier point which is equal to $1 into a Slot machine. Not that it means anything though.

You did not understand.   Zenith or Elite perks are pretty useless today with AI as the only real perk for Elite is a bag of laundry if in Aqua. In a suite Zenith gets zip meaningful except a different seapass.

Zenith only gets a free cruise every 3000 points.

Do you think I could make something up this idiotic?  Only Celebrity could.  It was right in the link from @sfoltz that showed all the benefits of the different tiers for the casino.

In lieu of access to Michael’s/Retreat for Sapphire and above you are given an extra $100 in free play. I’m Sapphire received the extra $100. It might be more for the higher level. Five cruises since startup and received it on each cruise.

Actually the way the quote reads you get Retreat access only if you're both Sapphire and above and sailing in a suite category.

Agree... which of course is contradictory and inaccurate.   We all know how good Celebrity is on messaging.    They could sure use some good  proof readers.

That was the reason why I asked if the poster was making a joke or it was something that was actually written somewhere. I realized the statement made no sense.
