Great update from yesterday! We are thinking of doing Sabor as a dinner one night. Have a decent OBC from our TA. Would you have been satisfied with Sabor as a dinner?

 

Also dont want to hijack your thread. But I came across this travel safe for those that are looking for one. Gonna order it and will be using it in a couple of weeks. The thing I like about this one is you can stick the strap from your backpack through it as well. Wont stop a very dedicated thief. But it will definitely slow them down.

The pics I posted of Sabor was dinner and was satisfying.   Overall all 5 of us liked it and would probably do it again.  There is one thing some might not like.  While we were eating, the Aqua show was on.  At times it was loud.

Curacao.  We came back to the ship about an hour ago.  We sure did walk a lot.  We had 150 booked for dinner but was able to switch it to Giovanni’s.   I am surprised how good it is. We are enjoying it a lot more than we did Jamie’s!

Is Jim feeling better?

Jack and I watched Matt's RC vlog introducing Icon.  It seriously gave us a headache and we couldn't keep up with all the stuff they're cramming into that ship.  When we cruised with our daughter when she was younger, she was super happy with the onboard kids activities.  She never once was bored.  I'm sure it will be successful without us.

I would love it if we set up group cruise on this one with Dani's and Bella's group. 

There is supposed to be a Promenade party for the Icon tonight.   They are having an intro viewing right now but we are getting ready for dinner.

 Actually, lots of the Bella group cruising on 3/12 post on Dani's thread.  Dani really started something amazing when she cleaned her fridge in 2020..

 

Icon starts cruising in 2024. Anything is possible.

We are at the ice show tonight.   We got front row seats and it is cold..... wow, as I was typing Sharon walked in with my jacket!  🥰 The poster for the show, for some reason,  reminded me of a couple posters on CC.

 

I am going to try using burst shots to capture some good pics.

I have never used the CC app, just a browser.  I believe most just post on CC by browser.   I have had little trouble posting with the current internet although I know Starlink, when properly set up, would be better.  I believe only once I had to turn the wifi off and back on to get it to work.  Video is a challenge to upload.  I am able to downsize the video to make it easier to upload.

I have heard that they were changing $15 per lounger and $10 for the umbrella.   Not sure what they charged the other couple but for use we had 3 at 1 umbrella.   Sharon paid $15 and solo paid $15.  They did not ask me for any money or asked us to pay for an umbrella.   Total for the 3 of us was $30.  It surprised me but no complaints.

O my least favorite ice skating theme.  The show is good, ie the skating, but the theme is O O so bad.

He sounds like a stand up guy.  You mentioned possibly meeting his wife Jenny on board but I don't think she joined him this time.

You are right.  I told him about the lady I met.  He said Jenny wasn't with him.  I briefly looked up Tony on one of his sights because I didn't know him.  The guy he posted he was with was eating with him tonight.

Just go to cruisecritic.com, there really isn't an app anywhere.......the website works fine getting to your thread.
