What does this # mean?

On my pc, when I minimize my screen, I see the 035 but when I stretch out the width on the right side, I see the log on info.  Mybe it has something to do with the coding?

What number are they talking about?  Is Ombud (the original poster) talking about using the forum on a mobile device?  

 

If anyone is going to ask a question about a specific type of device then say so;  "I see a number like this when I use my phone to access Cruise Critic.  What does it mean?"
