Nieuw Amsterdam and Eurodam in Port Everglades on April 9, 2023

ms Nieuw Amsterdam will be at pier 19 from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm, and is on a 21 day Panama Canal.  Ms Eurodam will be at pier 26 from 5:45 am to 4:00 pm and she is sailing on a 20 day Panama Canal.

 

 

 

 

 

Also in port is Celebrity Reflection at pier 29 (4:30 am – 4:30 pm), Regal Princess at pier 2 (5:00 am to 4:00 pm) and Celebrity Beyond at pier 25 (6:15 am – 3:30 pm)

Signature sisters leave on Sunday for Alaska - That will leave only 4 ships left to leave PEV/FLL - Including Zuiderdam returning from World Cruise in May

 

The remaining 3 ships all leave in April and by the 18th of the month - Oosterdam, Volendam, and Zaandam, respectively. All will be repositioning cruises.

Happy Easter.  I'm on the other end of the stick with the first ship of the season arriving in Vancouver on Wednesday.  We board the NA 3 weeks today for Alaska so hurry up and send her on the way

I did check Pier 66 hotel and they claim to be reopening in Fall 2024.  A long time to go with just 1 camera.

IMO we have one of the best Hotel Directors around; Mark Pells and it was good to see he’s aboard. We haven’t been on the Eurodam since 2016 but have sailed many nautical miles on her
