we had a  "3 shrimp" cocktail in Lumiae on BEYOND.. the shrimp were mini and mushy..sauce tasted like ketchup. Could not eat it.   

 

Same cruise, we went to BLU and had huge firm  shrimp with a perfect tangy cocktail sauce...

 

Same ship, diff shrimp..go figure??

Alas the always available cheesecake appears to have disappeared…that was my go to dessert most evenings on Constellation last Christmas 😢

The cheesecake never made an appearance in the MDR on our October Eclipse cruise.

Currently on the Apex. During this sailing they have moved the Classic Entrees to their own box on the side of the menu and have removed the upcharge Filet and Lobster. The appetizers have not changed - only two non Classic appetizers and no salads other than Caesar.

Cream of chicken soup has been gluten free on X for at least a decade. Not on my current cruise = now thickened with flour (cheaper).  Lots of little things still going on that aren't noticeable right away (been glutened twice).

Does this mean the fillet and lobster will be on the non up charged menu one night?

That's why they are called shrimp.  The previous ones were jumbo and therefore not shrimp.🙃
