I have not seen or experienced. In the vicinity of the Lido pool.  I'm thinking like the seafood shack. It seems Carnival is updating the deck plan on goccl. That should clear some things up when finished

My initial hypothesis is that this is outdoor waiter service. The original Celebration had something like this when she was with Bahamas Paradise (as Grand Celebration) - it was a burger concept called The Bull, and the tables for it were under the covered part of the Lido deck that flares outward (which the Fantasy class also has). What makes this interesting Steak & Fries interesting is that it would be available for lunch - I have a hard time seeing that working, especially on a sea day, without some sort of dedicated space. The Bull was only available for dinner on Grand Celebration, which made it easier to throw a few tablecloths on some tables and station a waiter to serve it, since most people would have left the pool area by 6:00 PM.

A few years ago on the Elation they had a similar offering but it was basically the seafood shack. It was outside dining around the lido area, menu looked pretty much like the seafood shack and servers waited on you. Considering they didn't have a seafood shack, I thought this was a nice gesture. I've been on the Elation several times and that was the only time I saw it offered.
