Explorer Lunch in the Main Dining Room

I was just reading the review on this site for the Explorer.  It indicatedd that the Main Dining room is open for lunch.  Is that everyday or just sea days?  Is it open on the day of embarkation?  Thank you.

Most likely just sea days.

Sea days only, indeed.   And no embarkation lunch.  Though at times the B2B cruisers will have a special spot for lunch in there...but it's just for them on TAD.

There are generally three or so MDR lunch menus   You can pull up any ship on the app and take a look at MDR lunch menus to get an idea. 

 

MDR lunch is open on sea days.

They also have a brunch once or twice per cruise instead of a separate breakfast and lunch.  As you might expect this has a few breakfast items and some lunch items.
