I 'upgraded' to an iphone 6 about 5 years ago (it was a hand-me-down). I do no updates/etc, partly for that reason.

Maybe I shouldn't have reset my password.

 

I went in, reset to the same password I had before, then I just had to look in the cruise planner.  $350 later... I should have just stayed logged out. 🤣

I got a text with the little anchor logo on the app earlier today, which usually means a "sale" on drinks, etc. I don't ever log out of the app on my phone, but today, it made me log in. You guessed it: my password wouldn't work. Tried logging in on the computer; same problem. Our next cruise isn't until January so hopefully it's worked out by then. 😄

Ditto...what everyone described occurred for me...last week.  Change the password that has worked forever...all good.  Then magically things changed within the past 12 hours.  Updated/changed password yet again.  ugh
