The Fun Researcher Posted July 22 #3 Share Posted July 22 (edited) Whichever specialty restaurant is open. If not that, we would just battle it out with the rest of the folks at the buffet. Embarkation lunch there can be such a madhouse though. Other options would be to just grab some Pizza or finger sandwhiches from the Cafe Promenade or head up to the pool deck for El Loco fresh. Those may be less busy. Don't put too much thought into embarkation day lunch, it's hard to make it very enjoyable unless you are doing a specialty location. Just too much going on with everyone lugging around backpacks/luggage etc.. Edited July 22 by The Fun Researcher
taglovestocruise Posted July 22 #4 Share Posted July 22 El Loco Fresh for a quick bite, then WJ a few hours later after the rush. There was one time that Playmakers was dead on boarding afternoon and we ate there.
Baowen Posted July 22 #5 Share Posted July 22 I agree with the El Loco Fresh suggestion. We used to always go to Jaime's for lunch (specialty restaurant) but now they only have Hooked open for lunch.
neverbeenhere Posted July 22 #6 Share Posted July 22 Prior to embarking the Navigator, we always enjoy lunch and a couple(or a couple more) brews at San Pedro Brewing.

Fortunately, I will say that I didn't notice the extra passengers once they added all the new cabins on the Navigator.
