Casino Royal "players club"

It used to be $100 for every 400 points

2400 equates to $600.00 (FCC)

On slots 1 point is for every $5 spent (win/loss)

So if still the way it is calculated 2400 points equates to $12,000 spend (win/loss)

Happy Days!

Any updates you've heard of?

The only factual data I know to be accurate is that:

Anyone can now be part of CR.

Old CR members numbers are now linked to C&A member #s

There is no CR VIP membership per say.

No cash rebates but discounts off future bookings

I know of $375, $750, $1000 and $1500 and this I can vouch for from 1st hand experience on all 5 of the cruises we have booked.

Have seen new rebate codes in OBC and payment section on invoices, check yours and see if you notice any new ones.

400 points gets you $100

2400 Inside for 2 free

3600 OV for 2 free

4800 Balcony for 2 free

Old CR VIP members are still getting drink sticker on card (this is at discretion of casino host) but all the high rollers I know still have been getting unlimited drinks.

And the best part, keep calling CR and see how well they reward you as a part CR VIP member.;)

Sorry to be vague, but with no real transparency from CR, the trickle of information is from experienced members and recent sailings, nothing forthcoming from RC.

Most of the above is common knowledge within the CR community;)

Correct me if I am wrong on anything, but I am confident the above is pretty upto date and accurate.

The regulars will be able to let us know if data differs or has changed:)

Happy Days!

Thx for all the information! A great summary and yes I've experienced these same "new benefits" too recently from my past sailings and the 6 I have booked...still waiting on the new tier levels too...if ever lol

I will miss being a VIP as now everyone technically can benefit from even small play....but such is their new direction

I can def confirm "additional discounts" for calling in :D

I might just do this. On our Allure sailing a couple of weeks ago I received a coupon for a free balcony cabin... not quite like the Star class digs we were in, but it's something. My donation was solid... I could have saved my $ (skipped the casino) and easily paid for another week in the Royal Suite! :(

It was not until the LAST night that I won back a couple grand of the $'s I played each evening - blackjack (two hands) averaging $100-$500 per deal. I don't think I've had a winning cruise in the last 20-25 sailings...

Tom, with that Blackjack betting, and if they tracked you 100% of the time, I would say that future RLS will almost be free.

We are almost at 70% for our RS

That free balcony is the max at 4800 real points, that's the issue with the program, nothing official above the 4800.

I would assume that will equate to a minimum of $1k off a future booking, might even be $1500.

Check your casino codes on your invoices

See if you see a new one.;)

I was looking at an older one for OBC, disregard that info

In the payment section

YHP5 -Casino Tables

YHP6 -Casino Tables

YHP7 -Casino Slots

There is a new one we have started getting on our invoices

As well as the 3 listed above.

Waiting to see if anyone else is getting an additional code, which appeared on a cruise we booked last week

Happy Days!

I have YH07-Club Royale.... But no discount extended ..is that it?

;) welcome to the club

I have my suspicions on this but nothing concrete, as soon as I find out all CR VIP members will be enlightened.

Just throwing it out there, and purely speculation

If there were 7 tiers YH01 through YH07, from what you wager and that is your business, I would hazard a guess YH07 will be Noir!!

I know 4 people who are seeing code YH07, need more feedback from members to see if anyone has a different code.

Must stress pure speculation on the New Code, but it is obviously there for a good reason;)

I have two codes on one of my bookings:

YHO7-CLUB ROYALE

UHP5-CASINO SLOTS (showing a $500 discount for each passenger from cashing in the free cruise certificate)

The free cruise certificate was good for a balcony on select cruises or $1000 credit toward a cruise of my choice.

Looking good, now 5 of us with the New YHO7 code and all are Old CR VIP members.

Thanks Marc

Anyone else seeing the New Code

Confirms the $375,$500,$750,$1000 cash discount amounts as well:)

Mark,

As soon as I get the rundown on this new code and its relevance, Dr Watson and myself will be sure to let the CR community know:)

I am as intrigued as all, with confirmation from 4 others as witnessing it, it has to be relative to the New Program.

Happy Days!

I have YHO7-CLUB ROYALE $0.00 and YHP5-CASINO SLOTS $500 & $500 for first and second guest, no certificate was used :D

I booked a cruise on March 14 for sailing on November 14. This was when they said you had to book by March 15 and sail by end of year or lose your rebate.

So what shows on my invoice is CLUB ROYALE $1130 (but no code) and SZ02 - CASINO SLOTS $300. These amounts show for both guests. The SZ02 equals the amount of my last rebate ($600) before they quit giving rebates. I did not use a certificate.

I received a postcard with a code (16RCL215) and $200 casino bonus. I just booked the Oasis for mid-July and mentioned the card and code to my TA. She wasn't familiar with the CR program so she called. Even though my postcard said we had to book by 6/6 and she booked us on 6/13, the CR Department told her they would credit my invoice $200 which they did. I got an updated invoice today and the codes are YHO7 - Club Royale $0.00; and YHP5 - Casino Slots -$200 which was a credit against my fare.

This is my first involvement with the Club Royale program.

Hi Mary

My codes above are from a recent booking I made a few weeks, sailing next week. All my certificates have already been applied to future sailings and I have no more outstanding rebates

Looking at a prior booking on Anthem 12 nights for Feb 2017 and I have $1516 deducted for each guest under Casino Royale and an additional $500 deducted for each guest which was from a recent certificate, code is YHP5-CASINO SLOTS.

Graham's point is that CR is now using codes on their invoice for discounts and I believe he is speculating that these codes may be related to a tier level.

The codes were are referring about appear on the Booking confirmation-Guest Copy form.

Welcome to the club and best of luck to you in the casino :)

Great summary Linda:)

The code which I refer to YH07-CASINO ROYALE is the new code about 6 of us have now confirmed as seeing on our invoices for future bookings.

All of those are CR VIP members from the Old CR Program.

As Linda says, I am purely speculating that this is tier related as it has ZERO $ beside it (for now anyways)

All,the other codes are rebate and cash discount related and will have a $ value beside them.

Basically no codes, no discounts.

I know we will find out what this code is at somepoint, until then we continue to play the guessing game.

Hope you are well Linda;)

Happy Days!

I am hoping it is tier related and runs from YHO1 - YHO7 and is a means of identifying CR members via their C&A number on future bookings.
