They get the old fashioned cruise card. The medallion is considered a choking hazard for toddlers which is why they do not get one.
As they will be in the room with an adult it is unlikely that they will be roaming the ship alone but the cruise card will open the room and can be scanned by security when leaving the ship etc. (though the last toddler I saw they just scanned the parent and glanced at the cruise card)
We have had that error since the new app launched. Haven't been able to book a specialty restaurant booking since, so helpful this new app idea. About as helpful as our CVP who won't return phone calls....
We travel with our son so having 3 in the suite we tend to send laundry out daily to keep the bag small. Never had a problem with the frequency or amount that we send and always back the same day.
I wish Princess would make it public that any passenger may sit on a bar stool regardless of age or gender............ Also if they could wrap tips into fares so we no longer have to hear silly arguments about why everyone has to tip every person under the sun that would be great too 😉
Yes, I think this is the way of the future for Princess. Anyway to find a means to wring another $ from a passenger will be found and exploited where possible.
So are adults (I would hazard a guess more often than kids are from the cruises we have been on) and while they are happy to pay for the packages are they going to be happy to shell out an additional $99 per day for the sanctuary as well??
If a child doesn't get to use this perk and an adult does on the same fare then why are they paying the same price?
My question is a little bit left field, we usually travel with others who would normally choose CC mini's so I guess the question would be can the Signature class guests join those in the Reserve Dining room on the Sun?
On the Grand I did find they did had Laphroaig though only a single bottle tucked away in the Explorer's Bar. There were a couple of other whisky's to be had that were not on Ocean so checking out the bars is your best option but if you are looking for peated don't hold your breath....
Yes it is new, we had no issues having Lobster Benedict for breakfast on our cruise in January if we asked in advance and it certainly wasn't an upcharge item......
They are always looking for ways to wring another dollar from passengers it seems.
🤷♂️Dunno, we send the message and it magically disappears. I am guessing the same person who comes to collect trays/dishes as it is in the same category?
There is an option now on the app to notify that you have laundry ready to be picked up that you can use rather than waiting for your steward to collect during their rounds. Similar to room service.
