  1. The biggest difference you will find with Celebrity vs Carnival and Royal- and it is quite noticeable- much less noise, far fewer kids, no amusement park atmosphere.
  2. The bubbly when you entered the ship was a nice little extra touch by Celebrity. One of their trademarks in the past that distinguished them a bit from other lines. Not sure why it was eliminated post-pandemic. Yeah I know- everybody will say cost savings. Having to go to Cafe al Bacio to find it really defeats the original purpose IMO.
  3. Will anybody beat the Bruins this year?
  4. Sorry I missed the retirement bit. Good luck to her! She will likely get a few Board seats here and there so she won't be fully retired. Most CEO's do this.
  5. Thanks to you and @markeb for setting me straight on this, which I missed. Apologies.
  6. We did Equinox to the ABC's in January. Great cruise! Welcome to Celebrity!
  7. Maybe try clearing the Celebrity "cookies" on your browser.
  8. Lisa Lutoff-Perlo will transition to Vice Chair, External Affairs for Royal Caribbean Group, effective May 1. In her new role, Lutoff-Perlo will continue reporting to Royal Caribbean Group President and CEO Jason Liberty
  9. Well we did have this exact thread topic about a month ago. See below.
  10. I have been influenced at this point to stop reading this thread.
  11. We used to say Silhouette but now I would have to agree about Equinox being our favorite.
  12. LLP to LHB. Remember that change here in your posts complaining about Celebrity, and also you need a new email address for complaints to the CEO. Other than that, nothing much will change.
  13. Go Premium Starlink and don't worry about it.
  14. On Chic nights you will see every type of dress, but much more casual than the Formal nights of the past. If he enjoys a Tuxedo, then he will look great and will not be out of place. Enjoy!
  15. We had Premium Starlink on Equinox in January. We were able to easily connect everywhere and had a very good experience with it.
  16. The ship is older and has not had the major renovations called the Revolution. Consequence of the pandemic and lack of funds due to the extended cruise shutdown. I do not believe that any staterooms on Infinity including suites have had upgrades.
  17. Were you on the Premium WiFi or the standard?
  18. No problem. I did not mean to imply anything either. In my previous (unretired) life, I used to run site operations for a major company. I agree with you. There is nothing like actual, realistic drilling to be prepared for emergencies. For both staff and passengers.
  19. To be honest I have sailed suites on Celebrity for years (Sky and CS) and have never seen this form!
  20. I was responding to the OP's simple question about e-Muster. I don't think many here are downplaying the importance of a Muster drill and sorry to hear of your experience.
  21. Ken you are being upright and following the rules. But there seems to be no requirement that you have to show a date or timestamp or dated photo. From what I read anyway from the link you posted.
  22. Yes! Download the Celebrity app and you can do the Muster Drill by watching there. Or once onboard, in your stateroom on the TV. Either way, before the ship departs you just go to your designated muster area and tell them you are there and they check you off the list. That's it.
  23. No. In general Sky Suites are not contacted in advance.
