Remember to try Emeril's (muffuletta sandwich, Banana Foster crepes, beignets!), Big Chicken (delish chicken sandwiches!) Street Eatz (on Lido serving different types of nibbles every day) gelato (Lido, near shawarma station, I think), Bonsai Teppanyaki is a blast and Serenity has their salad bar. Have a great cruise!!

You're correct. Carnival provides a burger, jerk chicken, salads, brownies and cookies buffet. They do that on Princess Cay as well.

It was over four years ago, but I think I went to the Adventures desk and picked out a cabana. I have one this Thanksgiving cruise so I will reply back. In four years. JK🤣

What bugged me about sitting in that area was that other passengers would hold court at a table and talk loudly, like the show wasn't going on. My mom and I moved away from said group and then another group would sit down near us talking loudly and making it difficult to enjoy the entertainment.

Great pics and he is a handsome boy!! Maybe a collapsible stroller? My DDs at 12 and 14 complained about walking through Central Park in NYC and it was a beautiful day. Crazy!😉

I'm thinking the same thing for our Oct 18, 2023 cruise. Looking at the pics in this review I see some people in shorts and others in jeans. Paris and Amsterdam (land trip) this past July was cooler than I expected. I'm also watching the temps in Weather.com for Athens, Rome, Santorini and Venice. Yikes!🤣

That's different, I was able to book my Chef's Table for Sunshine in September through my Cruise Manager. We saw a number of Chef's Tables in progress throughout our cruise. Good luck!!

If you haven't heard back from Carnival re stockholder credit, I would print out a statement and show Guest Services. I've heard some have received their OBC that way. And don't forget your $25 per Platinum cruiser from the casino cage cashier.🤑

The deck parties are fun but I agree with the staff needed issue. When we saw "Jurassic World" on deck it was packed with hardly a seat available.

When it's 1-2 floors (or even more😜) my DH and I will hike up and down them, but when I'm with DM (dear mom😉) I have to take the elevator with her all the time. Just what we have to do.

I booked at what was British Colonial Hilton, day passes for $23 a person (deposit of $6/person, pay rest at resort) for chair and an umbrella, but I guess it's first come on the umbrella. Close to the port and they have food and bar service, but I've heard it's pricey. I was just on Junkanoo Beach and my 8 oz rum punch was $10. Ouch! Chairs and umbrellas sounded pricey there as well. Junkanoo would be quite far for short 4 year old legs. You could grab a cab at the port.

I had a spa suite on Sunshine. All I got was a jar of scrub and a mitt. The second time I was on Sunshine, I waited to get my "unique welcome" and they said they were out of the spa gifts. Wha??! Shouldn't they have enough for every spa cabin?

I get asked all the time about Carnival cruises, or cruising in general and like ShakeyBeef says, I like helping people. Having said that, incurring the wrath of Khan from some cruisers makes me think no as well.
