How long did you wait in line to take the cable car up to Fira? Good to know about the boats to Oia stopping service at 12:00pm and that the cable cars stop running before dark. Our ship ports at Santorini at 8am and leaves at 5pm. Unless we have a medical emergency as well, then all bets are off!

I have been "upsold" from a balcony to a suite twice and from interior to balcony once. Both my DH and I are Platinum but I have only received the offers. If you get a call with a 305 area code, answer it! Check your cruise manager daily. I received upsell offers in My To-Do List (on left side of Cruise Manager screen) and it was available for a limited time. Good luck!!

At the small building (324) where you check in, you could drop off your mobility challenged person where the wheelchair people gather. It's at the base of the ramp going into 324. They have benches there. You could have your person sign up for a wheelchair right there. My mom and I really enjoyed our wheelchair pusher, both at 324 and then our second pusher at the terminal. Made our embarkation much more enjoyable!

Yikes!! Sounds like the beginning of an "end of the world" movie, where some cruisers try a cocktail ON A DARE with glacier ice in it. That night on the cruise ship, all holy hell breaks loose as the cruisers turn into predators that hunt through the night. Oops, sorry gotta go, Steven Spielberg is calling me🤣

Anyone else hear the song "Ain't no Sunshine when's she's gone" reading this thread? Maybe it's just me. I love Sunshine, with JiJi's, the Serenity waterfall and how close it is to my home. "Please don't take my Sunshine away"! (From "You are my Sunshine, my only Sunshine")

So if you travel with your children, book one with Dad in one room and one with Mom so you can get sharholders credit for both cabins. Then change the room assignments when you are on board.

Then my handle should be "any carb" since I'm on high protein.😉

No galley tour on our CT this time. I missed it!

DH and I did Chef's Table on Sunshine beginning of September and thought it was great. The portions are smaller, which we were fine with and the wine wasn't poured as generously as previous CT's. Had a great group, laughed and talked a lot. Herr is the menu (sorry it's sideways) from our CT. Have a great cruise!
