Ok I think now it's just for pinnacles and suites. I'm very happy just having a diamond lounge i dont get on other lines. But that's me. I really enjoyed on grandeur especially early mornings early risers all chatting over the specialty coffee, maybe I'm easy to please. ..I may never hit pinnacle.

I'm a picky eater admittedly but I didnt like the Mdr food and I've done 3 carnival since restart. It's my biggest complaint. I did 6 nights of pay restaurants on vista plus lobster night. Their pay restaurants imo are bargain priced and just as good as more expensive lines. On the flip side I loved their pizza and it's made from scratch. My favorite is white pizza with no sauce. Rcl pizza is a frozen crust and sauce and cant be changed. Carnivals is from scratch. JiJis is not on all but such a bargain for the price. Italian I hear is good though I dont eat pasta. Of course guys but it didnt seem quite up to pre covid but beats rcl free burgers. Carnival free lunches are one of the best parts imo. Mdr dinners... are a no from me. My steak was always full of gristle etc. I'd splurge a few nights for dinner.

I imagine the BOGO dinner also varies ship to ship. Grandeur said excludes Izumi and chef table. Usually I wouldnt read it that closely except I wanted izumi.

I found this to be true too. I bought multiple logo items in the shops but never remember to ask for my logo discount. .. have to ask.

How many pictures are discounted. Rcl gives a free photo from a very low loyalty level. I come home with one of my dining table usually. Free is good. Though nothing as good as my 5 free drink vouchers. Everyone gets excursions on sale. I pre purchased 2 of my sept excursions 30% off and one later at 25% off. Rare to get 30% off. Excursions have been at awesome prices. It wouldnt thrill me to get cabin cleaning twice a day, though rcl still cleans cabins twice a day. Is carnival the only line doing it once a day. Doesnt bother me. I'm neat and would rather have the privacy. I put the thing on my door all the time to not go in. Dont need or want twice a day cleaning. It's odd to me how much I seem to be in line with carnival lately. I'm private and solo and neat. I'm just fine with once a day cleaning. Something that saves me money would be preferred. I normally dont buy photos so a free photo is money I wouldnt spend otherwise and no loss of income to them.

I've never heard of a no show fee. Sounds like a rumor to me and something more was involved.

MDR is open for lunch on sea days. My favorite is the cafe though where they will make a salad, they have bags of chips, real ones, and have a place that makes very good roat beef sandwiches that are excellent or use to be. Been a while. 2nd choice is solarium for lunch or other meals, less crowded but a little on the healthy side stuff. Do be sure and have Johnny rockets for breakfast. Go early before its crowded. They added a few pay items ignore lol. The hash browns are a meal unto themselves and have onions and green peppers sauteed into them. Have a egg or bacon on the side. I love the food on oasis Las. I think it has a playmakers not free I keep hearing I need to try next time. Not expensive.

I no longer have any travel cards, just a regular rewards card, but thanks.

people tell me I'm deluded wanting pre testing gone by sept when I cruise next. I'm at not booking unless it's free or pre testing is gone.

We can only order 3 months worth by mail and even then mistakes are made or they ship 1 month when 3 months are ordered. Doctor wants to see you every 6 months to allow reordering of drugs they want lab work. I cant imagine going on a world cruise. I did 19 days in may a new record and my mom was wanting to go back to repeat some lab work we had done and other things that needed me I felt pressure to get home and do. 9 months??!!

I'm still hoping to move back to florida. I did buy a condo last year maybe that's what you saw. Cape Canaveral. My mom still lives near dallas and I do her shopping and driving. My father passed away last November but cant move from here until they are both gone. I thought to myself this isnt where I want to retire, but I'm the responsible one here driving wise. I want to live near a cruise port and picked cape Canaveral. The way we are being pushed to EV cars I cant see it working out long term driving to Galveston. I used to cruise with my sister so im used to dealing with her medications. Once during ike we worried we would run out when we couldn't get back to Galveston and tried in cozumel. I cant imagine doing that during a world cruise.,

You don't say which ship you are on. All ships dont have the freestyle machines. I know liberty doesnt. Can only get it from a bar or ordering on that ship.

When I lived in florida they wouldnt fill them after I'd gone to one lf those emergency clinics late on saturday and the doctor was gone by the time I got to Albertsons. I'd slipped and fallen in the bathroom after a shower and hurt my shoulder which was in pain. I also poked right below my eye on the edge of the sink counter and it was turning black and blue. They insisted I could be the victim of abuse. I cant imagine getting them on a regular basis.

When I had the card, sw had 2 cards. One cost $75 and one cost $100. I had the $100 card. Every year on the anniversary I got a big bunch of pts that covered a really nice flight or 2 flights. I could have flown to costa Rica or wherever on the pts. The $75 not as many pts. But yes i paid yearly and also accrued more pts and could fly many times a year., I finally couldnt use the pts during covid. You can get gift cards instead, but not cash back. I bought a bunch of home depot cards for my bil and some cards for myself. Same as cash. Also restaurant cards.

OP you are obviously in a higher spending bracket than me. I just use my rcl card to pay down balance or obc to spend in planner. I also had a sw card, but dont like flying from love field or I'd have kept it. I used to fly a lot more pre covid and sw card is good., My issue with using it to completely pay for a cruise, what if the price drops. Hard to get price drops when you used pts. ..or seemed to me.

People just check the link weekly or when they feel like booking a last minute cruise.

what is the difference between testing 2 days before I board and between legs that would make for law suits. I did a b2b2b2b in may, 4 legs and no testing between legs since I'm vaccinated. Sorry i fail to see your pt why its important to you i test before i board, but i can stay onboard for months with no tests. I know many of the folks who book for months the same ship and dont change over just to avoid testing. If it's not important to test between legs it's not important before i board.
