A have memories of DH meeting me at the gate with flowers when I returned from business trips. Those days of greeting passengers as they walked off a plane are long gone. Unfortunately that is what our world has become. I’m surprised bridge tours are still allowed.

Why? Unless you spend hours a day on a balcony. The better dining options (3x a day), a larger pool, great solarium, more outdoor seating, plunge pool, better spa and a new ship.

It didn’t apply to booking paid in full and yes if you wanted to reprice the discount was off the current price.

It was announced to Zeniths about 6-7 weeks ago. Zeniths can now book a cruise only rate in a suite. While it is a nice addition, the cruise only rate is only about $40-45 pp pd lower than the regular suite price. Initially most thought the price would be reduced by the the $75-90 pp pd day price difference between cruise only and AI on a AQ or CC cabin. Still we saved $1,600 on a booking, so I’m not complaining.

You can always book it now and if a lower price is offered later cancel and rebook. If the $64.99 is before the 20% gratuity is added it is a okay price.

Currently on the Edge. Cabanas face a heavily used walkway. While they face the ocean which is across the walkway, the area in front and across from them ( on the Edge, sister to Apex’) has some large cushioned chairs available to anyone. So they obstruct the view. We are on sea day number 4 or 6 and saw no one in them the past 2 days and only 2 occupied today. we cancelled our reservation.

I for us the Beyond. The 4 MDRs offer more options and better food ( subjective) than the Reflection and more options for dining at breakfast and lunch. Entertainment is better and the ship is amazing. Great walking track, pool is bigger and a separate plunge pool. Sunset bar is amazing. It is a beautiful ship.

We go to Eden bar occasionally but have never been interested in the specialty drinks, top shelve margarita or wine for us.

It appears that the menus in the app haven’t been all updated. Tito’s used to be included in the Classic beverage package but was moved to the Premium package. The $9 price is incorrect.

Seems you may be able to order from Guest Services on the ship. The do have flowers on board. Last cruise we received a bouquet or assorted flowers with no card. Last fall I received a large bouquet from the Captains Club.

Currently on the Edge and it seems that fixed dining is being offered. This is in today’s Daily and it has been this way for the entire sailing.

There is no early boarding for Concierge class. When you do on-line check in (opens 45 days pre sailing) you select an arrival time from the slots available. On E class ships only Suites and Sunset veranda cabin have an actual balcony. The floor to ceiling window has a tinted glass. The top portion can be lowered but only pat way down. If you stood at the lowered window and were facing the sun you would get some sun on your face and arms, but these cabins are not conducive to sunbathing.

Decoy is definitely on the Premium package, but we have had wines we like better from the sommelier. We did pay the upcharge for Red Condundrum 1 night and also had it a 2nd.Night with no charge.

We are on the Edge and don’t bother with the printed list of wines on the Premium beverage package. We tell the Sommlier what we have having for dinner and let them recommend wines. We have had some nice wines that we were not familiar with in Luminae, Blu and 2 of the MDRs.

We also did the same tour as described by @Jim_Iain with the same company, Culture Holidays India. Fantastic.

Excellent. When we got 1 day out from NZ the weather improved. Captain Matt took over in Auckland, Giuseppe has been his usual funny self, food and entertainment all great. Sorry you had to cancel.

Cruise was won both times we played, unfortunately we weren’t the winners but fun anyway.

The dining info and menus you see in the app are for the current sailing of the ship you are booked on. So if the ship is currently doing a 7N sailing it will show venue closed or nothing beyond night 7.
