Which ports?

Not sure. Anthem for example has 2 restaurants for MTD and 2 for Traditional. So it is never a case.

As we switched to RCI 100% in last 3 years ... but even before ... they prefer you to have the same table/waiters. We always use MTD and they try to have us at the same table ,time, waiters.

Even worse .....

It’s also messed up. 5:30 is not a good time for traditional seating. It used to be at 6:30

None is perfect

It’s not in a form it exists today. I don’t want to eat at 5:30 or 8. Also we cruise for a long time … and we had mistakes in ordering earlier traditional time and getting later. It’s a mistake

What do you mean it was changed? It is not normal. Probably it was a mistake. Anyway, why have you not corrected it if you noticed this mistake? If you could not get this corrected .. this is My Time Dining, Show up at convenient time an you will be seated. Maybe you will need to stand in line, but still better than missing the show.

I think it’s good people want to spend it. Please don’t discourage.

App has a ton of information. We use it all the time instead of daily program

On our very first cruise on Splendor out of Barcelona in 2004 we had pretty weak food (weaker than anything I had this year on Anthem, Enchantment or Liberty(2)) Same on Explorer in 2007 and 2009, 2010. We saw improvements from 2013 till pandemics … I think it goes up and down. Same we saw on other lines. We are completely fine with offered.

I’m happy they are making profit after 21 billions lost in 2020-2022!!! I don’t know private businesses which can survive without profit for too long. Of course there are cuts and price increases. We live at post pandemic inflationary world. I’d rather have this than not cruising at all. I’m sure Royal isn’t changing things to upset cruisers.

I thought I will miss two services a day. But we cruised 2 times since it changed and I like it more. We are pretty accurate and don’t make a mess during a day. Maybe our bed is not 100%, but nothing requires cleaning second time. I used to tidy up everything before the second service … I feel freer now. We also don’t need to check if our room is done or not in the evening.

Yes it was suspended after Covid. Also it is a bit different... servers with Hors D'oeuvre go around. Drinks you get from the lounge and other bars. Kind of like RCI had before, but outside drinks are unlimited. (all from 5 to 7 pm) However just like RCI had before pandemic drinks are from limited Captains club menu. Although this menu was IMHO better than RCI Diamond menu before.

Celebrity used to use Sky lounge for Elites (except for the 1st day). Even in 2019.

So they are creating a lounge which they canceled some time ago completely?

Some people think that cruising is for people for whom money is no object. It is all about priorities. We are interested in it, we like longer cruises and do not have kids, but bookings are going pretty well.

I cannot remember exactly which company, but we did London via Salisbury, Stonehenge & Windsor. Prior to delivering us to London center they dropped people in several terminals of Heathrow.

Adventure is pretty close to Freedom. Just a little bit smaller, but it does not feel much smaller. Very similar design and feel.

Bermuda also has subtropical (colder) climate than Bahamas and Caribbeans which are tropical islands.
