Rare rafinmd Posted November 18, 2017 #102 Share Posted November 18, 2017 Wishing the Nieuw Amsterdam cruisers a great cruise. Something I haven't seen before on HAL; there was a special luggage tag for people transferring to the Nieuw Amsterdam. Happily@Sea Posted November 18, 2017 #103 Share Posted November 18, 2017 Nice toot from the Nieuw Amsterdam, but we need more than just one. Are they rationing them - now??
Rare kazu Posted November 18, 2017 #104 Share Posted November 18, 2017 But, I'd bet that in rough seas and high winds, Prinsendam's guests would be more comfortable and enjoy their cruise far better than those aboard Independence of the Seas. You are so right on this one :) I'll take the P'dam any day in rough seas over the other ships I have been on. I know, it's been said before - but she really does "cut through the waves". Krazy Kruizers Posted November 18, 2017 #105 Share Posted November 18, 2017 Guess we get only 1 toot tonight -- sad.
Rare kazu Posted November 18, 2017 #106 Share Posted November 18, 2017 Are they rationing them - now?? Seems like it - we need another Captain Van Eerten;)

joekerstef Posted November 18, 2017 #112 Share Posted November 18, 2017 Well, if I only get a brief look tonight, that was very nice with the sunset in the background....
Rare kazu Posted November 18, 2017 #113 Share Posted November 18, 2017 Where is he now? The last thing I heard he was heading up the training school for a bit (may they produce more like him) and then, at the time, (Westerdam, 2017) I believe he said he was going to go to the Veendam after. That's only what he told us at our Meet and Greet though .
Rare Scrapnana Posted November 18, 2017 Author #114 Share Posted November 18, 2017 Wonder if Prinsendam will be the first HAL ship to sail at her scheduled (or close to it) time in ages?
Rare kazu Posted November 18, 2017 #115 Share Posted November 18, 2017 May everyone on board the N.A. Have a great cruise. I'll sadly wait until dark and see if I can watch the Elegant Explorer. Just wish she would leave in the daytime but she has a lot to do in FLL. She does leave in the daytime when we sail on her next year :)
Rare Vict0riann Posted November 18, 2017 #116 Share Posted November 18, 2017 I imagine Prinsendam has a lot of provisions to load! That was fun, if depleted of toots.:( Thanks, all, and see you next time.
