Hi Sue. This morning started nice, but it's blowing now. The winds are about 50 sustained and it is pouring at my house right now. This is the worst outer band we have seen so far. The eye should be here this evening some time.

 

Stay safe up there. You are likely to get some of these outer bands also.

You stay safe too ! We are hoping it stays west of the gulf coast a little , but when it hits the gulf you never know what it will do.

I'm just south of Port Everglades and can see people attempting to surf! CRAZY!!!!

There are people surfing and jet-skiing. Looks like stupidity is running rampant.

 

I've been watching them for a few minutes.
