helpthejuggler Posted September 9, 2013 #1 Share Posted September 9, 2013 EDITED SEPT 2020 BY CRUISE CRITIC STAFF TO ADD SPREADSHEET ON M CLASS CABINS: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1BsykXmdAxnY0hOSZOys9ixw9qAEsCduOteFDtkGilno/edit#gid=0 On the ever popular S class thread it was asked... "Is there a similar thread for the M Class ships?" I could not think of a good reason why there would not be....so here it is. Same format as S-Class... Project_gal Posted September 9, 2013 #2 Share Posted September 9, 2013 I think that this is a good idea, so let me start it off. Sue CABIN #: 6133 DECK #: 6 CLASS: Royal Suite AREA: 538 sq ft BED NEAR: n/a QUIET?: Yes BALCONY VIEW: Perfect! BALCONY SIZE: 195 sq ft WIND A PROBLEM?: No SOOT A PROBLEM?: No PROBLEMS/COMMENTS: On Infinity, balcony is not covered and has very little privacy from staterooms above. On Constellation, there is a canvas cover to the balcony. Bed can be split into twins beds but be aware that the bedroom door cannot then be closed. There were some problems with doors [main suite door and bathroom door] not fitting properly after the refit but I have not heard of any problems since so, hopefully, this has been fixed. kasi1979 Posted September 9, 2013 #3 Share Posted September 9, 2013 CABIN #: 6144 DECK #: 6 CLASS: C1 Concierce Stateroom AREA: ? BED NEAR: bathroom QUIET?: very quiet BALCONY VIEW: unhindered view BALCONY SIZE: huge for a C1 WIND A PROBLEM?: no SOOT A PROBLEM?: no PROBLEMS/COMMENTS: As this stateroom is situated between suites at the end of the hallway, it´s very quiet and has the most amazing, balcony, which, at least on Infinity was canvas covered.
vtcruising Posted September 9, 2013 #4 Share Posted September 9, 2013 On Infinity: CABIN #: 1138 DECK #: 11 CLASS: Aquaclass AREA: aft BED NEAR: bath QUIET?: yes, hallway very quiet - some creaks in rougher seas BALCONY VIEW: excellent aft view BALCONY SIZE: oversized, angled, half covered and private, half sunny and visible from tables at bar below - 2 chairs with foot rests and table - room for more WIND A PROBLEM?: not that we noticed SOOT A PROBLEM?: no PROBLEMS/COMMENTS: There is a smoking area on the port side of the Sunset Bar (1138 is on the starboard side of the aft), though we never had any smoke issues. There was a little noise from the bar at times - closing the patio door blocked out any noise. It was great to run down the nearby steps to the buffet or bar for a quick bite or a drink. Aft and Blu - would definitely book again!

K.T.B. Posted September 11, 2013 #11 Share Posted September 11, 2013 Ship: Summit Cabin #: 1104 Deck #: 11 Class: Aqua Class Area: Aft Bed near: Bath Quiet?: Mostly yes. You can hear people jogging on the track above, but it does not wake you up. Balcony view: No obstructions Balcony size: Average Wind a problem?: No Soot a problem?: No Problems/comments: There’s no shade for the balcony. It’s 100% uncovered. If you love being in the sun, it’s great; if you do not, it’s not enjoyable. The cabin is also on the starboard side, so no problems with people smoking. And the location really cannot be beat.
