Unacceptable Chnage during Oasis Drydock

RCL has finally gone on step too far!!! They can take away the free lunch in the CL. They can even take away the CL. They can eliminate MTD and the standard MDR. They can even eliminate the Cupcake Cupboard. But I was in total disbelief when I went down the Boardwalk. RCL has eliminated Zoltar. :(:(:(. How will I know my fortune? How will I know when to go to the casino? Please RCL bring back Zoltar.

I first met Zoltar on May 2nd 2011, the day after OBL was killed. Maybe Zoltar got the same treatment.

I understand that Zoltar has been transferred to Royal's main office and has been placed in charge of fleet deployment scheduling...heaven knows they need someone with some insight!

Zoltar told me not to 'complain' and moan and just enjoy my October Transatlantic on Oasis after the drydock along with my maiden voyage on Quantum, 2 weeks later, and I would be rewarded.

 

I followed his advice and did not visit Guest Services a single time on either cruise.

 

Sure enough 2 big Future Cruise Credits have appeared in my mailbox without having to lodge the slightest of a complaint.

I just got off the dec 27th sailing of oasis this weekend and zoltar was alive and well.

 

If he's gone then it just happened in the last 2 days.
