Golden Princess 2 Nighter - must do on board?

Recommended Posts

Movies under the stars last night was jurassic world which was pretty good, ant man tonight. Smooth sailing this morning with fabulous weather [emoji2]

The boat doesn't seem to be very crowed though, not what I expected.

Both fairly recent movies, good to hear that the ship doesn't feel crowded.:D:D

Ok, I am here with my homemade Flat white and just baked Chia seed cookie.....where is everyone:p Seas are pretty flat from where I am sitting!

Can someone check out deck 15......there are a few suites up there but we have booked one of two Premium window cabins. , think they are S702/704, I think they are in a nice quiet area.

There really is not much on deck 15. 7 & 14 are the busy decks.

A bit of motion at the back of the ship but it's a ship & motion is good.

Beautiful day. Quiet a few kids & babies on board. Younger age group than I would expect for princess feels more rci or celebrity

We were just there! Look out for a 6 yr old blond boy.

Loving the cruise. My son has been up since 5 am.

My only issue is that 2 nights is not long enough.

Really enjoying ourselves.

It's a great ship

Esilef found me! If you get back here later, I have moved to a table under the stairs next to Vines bar. There were no cafe tables left...

An announcement was just made at 3.42pm that the casino has to close at 4pm "due to local gaming restrictions", which they have only just found out about. Seems they expected to stay open later as they apologised for the late notice. 18 minutes notice  If you put cash on your card and you don't cash out your card before 4pm, you don't get your cash back. So I just checked out the casino - there's a big queue!

I wonder if they accidentally cruised too quickly out of international waters? Or there was a miscommunication about how soon the ship would be in local water?

If the whole cruise was just Sydney to Melbourne , would they have even entered International waters?

I'm a big worried. Maybe check on a ship diagram to se if your cabin is right below the basket ball court. We could here the basket ball thumping on the lower decks.

Sorry hope I'm wrong

Thank you Esilef, really appreciate you taking the time:)

It looks like the basketball court is two up and behind these cabins.

I have heard the basketballs thumping when in Skywalkers on Sapphire, definately could not stand that. Also so glad you and your son had a great time, time to book another one?

Now go hide somewhere so you don't have to get off, think William might give it away though.
