On our past cruises in a GS, we've received an email from our concierge a couple of weeks before we sail. We're on Brilliance in 10 days and have received anything. Should we expect an email?

Generally the week of the cruise... on GS, we have received our letters typically on Wednesday prior to Monday sailing cruise. We watch the Concierge get busy in the CL the day the letters go out.

Alan del Fierro from the Navigator has been assigned to the Rhapsody.

He reports there Jan 20th. I'm sad that I will miss him on my

upcoming cruise. He was supposed to be there.

Rahul Barua will be in Freedom's CL until 1st April and will go on vacation -- after that he will join GR (out of Baltimore) on 27th May. Carlington Berry, who is in the DL, will join GR on April 17. Agree -- Information came from Jane White who is on JW this week -- she said "Romina George will be here (when Diego is on vacation). We have met her before and like her a lot. So she will be here when we come back on April 9th.
