Things i wish RC would NOT do/have

I'm pretty sure that if they're offered, or put in the cabin, they need to be washed afterwards. Even if the passengers don't use them. So instead of having to wash every single bathrobe after every sailing, they just need to do the ones that are requested (and thus probably used). Saves on laundry and water.

I think when the cabin steward introduces himself/herself, one thing they should ask is if we want the robe. The robe should be on a cart outside the room, so if we say no, it did not come into the room, and I hope that it does not have to be washed.

I don't want to create more laundry needlessly or waste water, but I still think we should not have to ask for the robe.

1) The dreaded shower curtains that stick to you

2) Paper, paper and more paper! They should have a signature pad, with a paper receipt on request.

3) The Art auction, but not the free champagne they serve ;)

4) Belly flop - rather have best Cannon ball

5) Chair hogs!

6) Better ventilation for smokers. I'm an ex-smoker, but figure they paid the same I did for a cruise and they are on vacation!

7) The Perfume store.

8) Sales pitches. If I want to eat at Chops I'll make a reservation.

9) Tisdale Wine :p

10) Larger bath towels.

1. Those hard beds

2. All that wasted paper in your cabin for the art auctions

3. And please, don't make your food so tasty. That way we can cruise and lose weight at the same time

4. Rude people that push and shove at sales. Folks, it not free, you still have to pay!

5. The naked guy on his balcony. I didn't need to see that right before dinner. Ewwwwww!!!!!

No, I wouldn't dare. :p But I was the the hump deck 8 and a guy was naked on his balcony deck 6 more forward. Heprobably didn't realize I could see him. Moral of the story: don't stand naked on your balcony, someone may see you. It is true, Big Brother is watching you :D

huh ?

A great word play that you used, Re: no washing and being nauseated. Your regular wit makes me think you would have planned it, but I'm staring to think you didn't. :p

Edit: I also agree with you about the hamburgers.

You know it !

Gotta say though overall, the WJ does the job ... enough variety that I can always make my tummy happy.

OH ... except the coffee ... yea the coffee is like jet fuel.

It would be nice if a proper dining room was open for lunch on embarkation day. On Anthem it was only a choice of buffet (ugh) or the cafe which is just too grab and go for my taste. I really find a dining room lunch the first day to be a great way to start my cruise and I'm used to it with NCL and Princess. Was actually surprised to not get that on RCL.

I agree.:)

I wish Royal would allow me to input a cabin number when choosing a room on their website. Don't understand why that was taken away during the last "update".

I suspect because it made it too easy to change categories and therefore check prices.

It is really annoying to smell it when I would like to enjoy a balcony I paid for.

Not to be rude, but yes it is really not only annoying, but to some of us ( like myself) that have serious lung conditions even a whiff of smoke can be harmful, and no I never smoked, that is not the cause of my lung issues. Second hand smoke exposure, however is one of the causes of the progression of the condition . I understand your thought process that when you pay for something you want to enjoy it, I also understand the reason for certain policies and the importance of following them .

Stop being so restrictive on inside smoking, allow one inside bar to be smoking. Stop allowing smoking in the casino, as it flows right into the non smoking section. Go ahead and scratch your heads but I smoke and see both sides. I love the cigar lounge/bar on Freedom class where you can have a drink and cigarette inside where you can sit and relax and not have to go down and stand in the casino or go outside.

Agree with the above!!!! :D
