US and Canada only.

I've read the terms and conditions and still don't understand. Is the upgrade only from a B cat to the A? Or can you book an inside or oceanview and move up to a balcony? Or can you book the A category and move up to PH?

We aren't included. that's a shame.will look at another company then.

Did you check the UK site ??

I do not think the prices changed just the upgrade

They may have a sale but it probably would be similar terms no benefit to the top suites

Thanks Stan and Jim.

We are normally balcony people.Just happened to have penthouse before, due to upsell and our next one is due to big birthday and big anniversary..(what we dreamed of many years ago when we got married). The med in April would be balcony or ocean view.We are so happy with Oceania that these 2 categories would be great too.

It looks like what discounts one gets with one hand, the others get with the other hand...

Cruise critic has taught me though to ask or you won't get😀

Seems like cruise industry is feeling the pinch...

Silversea has a Thanksgiving week sale...

http://www.silversea.com/private-sale/?campaign=USA#EM162018_TA#CLASSIC#RES#DEM&utm_source=USD&utm_medium=TA_EN&utm_content=Hero&utm_campaign=EM162018_TA

Some $2500 OBC, some free air (really free since they do not normally include air) with a $499 upcharge each way for business..

I wonder what you would do with $2500 OBC since liquor is free
